“Good experience”
The hotel is an a good location, it has a friendly staff and a good service. Special thanks to Cristopher Reyes, they gave me a clean and nice room. The internet is fast and stable. They also have a good restaurant. In summary I had a good experience

“Bad Experience”
I made a reservation with several days of anticipation I even paid with expedia but at the moment of check in they told me that there wasn't any reservation even toe I shoe them the reservation and they didn't want me to give any other room. Conclusion: Terrible service.

“Quality slipping”
I was quite disappointed in my stay. The air conditioning in my room did not work, so I had to be moved to a different room. The restaurant seemed to be out of half the items on the menu, and was closed 2 of the 4 nights I was there. The breakfast bar was almost non existent.
