My husband & I had a wonderful week's stay in June: Air Canada Vacations. We were struck by cleanliness of the hotel from arrival, + the lush landscaping & nice "modern beachy" decor. Our room was in a perfect location, facing over the pool + sea & a little balcony where we could enjoy some fruit/glass of wine watching boat lights on the water & stars at night. Bed very comfortable. Appreciated having a small fridge & corkscrew. Lots of fresh towels replenished each day. Would have liked the 2 paper cups replenished, as they were disposed of by housekeeping & not replaced for drinking water, etc. Also could have done with a couple more hangers. The breakfast was fantastic, with lovely pastries, yogurt & toppings & fruit, beautiful breads, cheeses & meats, fresh oranges & juicers for freshly squeezed orange juice each day, & hot bacon/sausage/scrambled eggs. The coffee machines got constant use but were always in good working order. The configuration of the breakfast area could get pretty congested during peak times, but overall it was easy to get in and get your food. Lovely to eat on the terrace or by the pool at breakfast, if desired. Very friendly breakfast staff. Thermal pool was lovely...nice size + area with jets on for a half hour each hour. Beautiful temperature: nice for relaxing soaks each day, & especially after being out sight-seeing. Always available sunbeds/umbrellas; very friendly & professional poolside bar service. We had the half board option & enjoyed coming down to a set menu dinner each night. The atmosphere was much classier than I had anticipated: nice table settings, flowers, nice music, & waiter service. The food was fantastic, & included an appetizer, a primo (choice of two pastas), a secondo (fish/seafood or a meat), & a beautiful dessert or fruit. We had some delicious meals there...the food was top notch. We even had Ischian rabbit & lots of seafood,including a wonderful seafood salad for antipasto one night. Weekend nights there was a piano player/guitar player to liven up the dinner, including Luigi, the ass't manager, who played piano beautifully & was a friendly & generous host. Thank you for the Piperna, sightseeing tips, & such a warm welcome. Loved that the front desk was staffed 24/7. Staff super friendly + professional, hotel clean, food delicious, family friendly. Close to some shops/restaurants. Bus stop right there. Wished bus tickets were sold at hotel. Overall A+.

Starting with the location: easy to reach with public transport, with a stop right in front of the hotel that takes you everywhere around the island. The premises have a beautiful entrance with waterfalls, colorful flowers, tropical gardens, and a zen & chill atmosphere the moment you arrive. The interior design is rustic chic without pretension, yet cozy, peaceful, and elegant. Furniture carefully chosen with taste, far from kitchs, timeless, robust and durable. Cherry on top : thermal swimming pool with warm water and hydrotherapy overlooking the sea. Heaven (Part I) Spacious rooms with sea-view balconies, safety box, big-screen TV, perfect lighting, large closet, comfortable big bed, and crisp linen. Quiet & Comfort is in rendezvous Everything feels flawless. Considering the price offered, the value for money is simply outstanding. Now let’s talk about the manpower, because this is the absolute key that makes your stay memorable… or not. The answer here is definitely YES. We arrived in Ischia during very rough sea conditions. The crossing was extremely choppy, dizzying, and honestly quite traumatic. Francesco & Tamara handled everything with elegance and kindness, allowing us an early check-in without any fuss while explaining everything we needed to know. Suddenly all the inconvenience and stress disappeared. Since arriving here, we’ve had nothing but great moments. Excellent and generous breakfast with great coffee, and the surprise: fresh orange juice. (OMG… even some 4-star hotels can be stingy about this.) And the oranges are incredibly sweet… heaven (Part II) All the ladies at breakfast Assunta&Antonella are professional, full dedication attentive, and motivated. The bar team is fantastic, Raphael et Nino as well housekeeping cleans everything spotlessly every single day, and the entire staff operates with professionalism, dedication, and elegance without ever trying too hard. Honestly, people working in the hotel industry should check out B&B Hotel Ischia and copy-paste this manpower attitude. Their attention to detail in everything truly turns hospitality into happiness-making. Guests are sensitive. They can feel your love… or your hate. Here we receive lotsa of ❤️ B&B Hotel chain, this new kid on the block, and iam big fan already, there are times our destination decided by this Brand’s presence and again if the whole B&B Hotel speak the same language as B&B Hotel Ischia without any doubt This brand will rise and conquer the world hotel industry market so we can all travel around the world and enjoy holidays filled with peace and happiness for body, soul, mind… and most importantly, the pocket 🤣👌🙏👍🏻✌️ PS: They even have a free shuttle to Citara beach (and yes, it’s a Mercedes van Not cheapy charly brand Details to the max, baby) The Beach Close to Poseidon Therme Giant Biggest Thermal in the island, and hotel offer 10% discount voucher

“Hidden Gem”

Stuck in the village of San Nicola you’ll find this hidden gem. A small getaway on Ischia, Italy. It is off the beaten path however on several bus routes. Stuck in the village of San Nicola you’ll find this hidden gem. A small getaway on Ischia, Italy. It is off the beaten path however on several bus routes. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool heated and the food plentiful and delicious. As we know, hotel rooms and beds are small in Europe for the most part. This hotel surprised us with a compact room that had a view of the pool, the mountains and the ocean. The bed comfortable and the space in the room ample to not feel cramped. The area is very safe and if you enjoy walking it has many places to walk to up and down. Wineries, restaurants, markets and tourist towns. It was fabulous. Taking the bus was easier than anticipated and has routes all over the island. We are thankful for places such as this hidden gem and you’ll enjoy what the island and hotel has to offer.
