On arrival at the hotel we was warmly greeted after spending the day travelling. We was here to spend 3 nights at the hotel for our honeymoon, The hotel is really nice, there is so many areas you can sit and relax in peace and quiet, the pools are all well kept and a good temperature. We had lunch at the restaurant one day and the food was great quality also, I would definitely return to the hotel as we had a comfortable and great time. There is just a couple of points for improvements: Breakfast is typical style however it would be nice if the warm options was hotter as they was always slightly warm, also if items was refilled more quickly most days we arrived around 9am and most items was not refilled. On the pool there is some sunlounges that require cushions but these was not on or available to find. People smoking on balconies, we could not have our balcony door open as you could constantly smell cigarette smoke and it would come into the room if the window/ door was open, to make it enjoyable for all guests they should stop people smoking on balconies and provide smoking area within the hotel areas.

We booked two rooms directly through the hotel’s website: a Junior Suite and a room with partial sea views. Prior to our arrival, I called to confirm parking availability, which was positively verified. We arrived by ferry with our rental car and used GPS navigation to reach the property. Unfortunately, we inadvertently entered a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) and received a fine. While we understand that ZTL zones are common throughout Italy, we respectfully suggest that properties in these areas include clear navigation guidelines or warning notices on their websites to help guests avoid unexpected penalties. The front desk staff’s initial response could have been more informative, though we recognize this as an opportunity to enhance guest communication and pre-arrival guidance. Accommodations & Service Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was highly positive. Both rooms were modern, meticulously maintained, and spotlessly clean, with fully functional air conditioning. The staff proved exceptionally accommodating and promptly addressed several additional requests throughout our stay. Dining & Facilities The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide and thoughtful array of freshly prepared options. The property features two outdoor swimming pools with comfortably warm, well-maintained water, complemented by beautifully landscaped gardens. We also utilized the spa, where the staff were courteous and professional, and enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere of the indoor pool. On one evening, live music was hosted on the grounds, adding a lovely and relaxing touch to the experience. Location & Accessibility The hotel’s location is highly convenient, with several restaurants and a public beach within easy walking distance. Additionally, the property provides a complimentary shuttle service to another nearby beach, and a bus stop located just steps away made island exploration straightforward without the need for constant driving. Conclusion Overall, we had a wonderful stay and confidently award this property 4 out of 5 stars. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, excellent amenities, and convenient island access makes this a strong choice for travelers. We would gladly return and recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel in walking distance of Ponte and Porto. Don't understand criticism of lack of a shuttle bus. All staff efficient, professional and kind. Very nice hotel in walking distance of Ponte and Porto. Don't understand criticism of lack of a shuttle bus. All staff efficient, professional and kind. Restaurant staff run dinner service like clockwork and work really hard. Food is good, rooms are clean, and pool areas lovely and relaxing. Didn't use the spa. Special mention to my maid Cecilia. She managed to unlock my bathroom door - which had jammed shut with me in it -where others had failed. Changed room after that. Went from a rather dark one to a nice bright one. AC was really noisy though and when you turned that off, you could hear a noise like someone playing the bongos coming from a pipe on the balcony. So a bit quirky but not end of the world. No light on the balcony was a shame as it was a lovely size and would have been a nice place to sit and chill after dinner. A few tweaks and it would be 5 stars

The reception staff is lovely, and there are lots of outdoor areas with plenty of seating and nice landscape. The hotel and rooms are very dated and could use a renovation. The reception staff is lovely, and there are lots of outdoor areas with plenty of seating and nice landscape. The hotel and rooms are very dated and could use a renovation. The room I booked was small, dated, and not very comfortable. The shower is tiny and there was mold on the glass/shower door. I also found the floors in my room to be slippery, even though they were not wet, and I slipped a few times while wearing slippers and sneakers. WiFi was not great and barely worked in the hotel. Be careful of the slippery floors: the hotel staff keeps the common areas clean, and the floors are constantly mopped. On my way to breakfast, the floor outside the breakfast area had been mopped and was very slippery yet there was no caution or warning signs on display. When I stepped on the floor, I slipped and fell so hard that one of the cleaners heard me from downstairs. She came running up to look but instead of coming to help me or to ask if I was okay, she ran back down to retrieve the "Caution: wet floor" sign as there were other people coming down the stairs to breakfast. Staff was indifferent when I reported my fall and the lack of signage. Would not recommend staying here.
