Hotel park Victoria made our stay of three nights very comfortable. The room itself had a balcony facing the garden with a distant view of the sea. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was also relatively big, just the shower with the short curtain was quite bothersome. There wasn't always enough shampoo and soap and the towels weren't always exchanged. The garden complex offered swimming pool with thermal water. Size wise it was alright if you aren't into swimming laps. The breakfast was a buffet offering both sweet and savoury things. The dinner was really great. It consisted of an antipasti buffet, first and second course (for each course one could select out of three different dishes, meat, veg or fish).thus was then followed by dessert/fruit. It cost a mere ten euros per head. The staff in the dining room was very friendly and did their best to cater to your every wish. At the reception there was the possibility to book extra excursions.

Very kind manager Mr. Antonio. Allways help as than we are need some one. Good location,about 5 minutes walk to central street Forio and 15 minutes to Gardens of Poseidon. About rooms: they are different, small and normal, depends of your are alone or not. Best rooms in main building. Food is ok… more

About rooms: they are different, small and normal, depends of your are alone or not. Best rooms in main building. Food is ok, maybe a little simple, but quality is guaranteed. Bathroom is a typical for 3 stars hotels. It is a good small hotel for not expensive

“Not all great but an overall good stay”

We stayed at this hotel last summer. Rooms are spacious, bright and very clean (my mum, a real clean-freak, approved...) We were given one with a nice balcony overlooking the manicured garden and the mountain. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful while we had some little issue with the ones at the restaurant. Nothing major anyway, and at the end of the holiday we were all friends. There was a good variety of starters and side-dishes; overall, food was not bad but not special either. If you are a foreigner you may be more than glad about what is served but being Italian you can't disregard its sometimes bland taste. The garden is big and beautiful, the thermal pools nice enough although a bit small. This hotel is a few hundreds metres away from Cava dell'Isola Beach, which is a narrow stretch of pebbles some 200 steps downhill, and about one km from the nicer (and more expensive) Citara Beach. It is located in a very quiet area, at something over one km from the lively and lovely Forio city centre. Probably the most annoying thing was that to get there you'd walk on a very narrow street, which means you have to stop every few metres to allow cars to pass - or else, being knocked over.
