We loved the location. Beautiful views. Our room was big and very clean with a lot of sun light. Hotel has a shuttle to the city center and the staff is very helpful

My wife and I along with my wife’s brother stayed at villa piedimonte in early April 2026. I cannot say enough about the staff and the views at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world amazing, especially from a young lady named Alyssa. She was so helpful and friendly. She told us how to get everywhere, where all the great restaurants were and even where we could do some laundry. Can’t thank her enough but the great part about this hotel is the view. I HIGHLY Recommend is you stay here you book a room with a view. We were in Italy for 2 weeks and our view was by far the best of our trip. Can’t say enough about the hotel! Thank you

“Beautiful views”

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. By chance we stayed in an accessible room and were impressed with how usable it would be for someone in a wheelchair - complete with a dedicated bathroom! Lovely hotel with helpful staff. By chance we stayed in an accessible room and were impressed with how usable it would be for someone in a wheelchair - complete with a dedicated bathroom! Excellent continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, fruit, granola, juice, and cappuccinos. A nice pool and pool deck, though in April it's only really useable around midday, because by mid afternoon the hotel is in the shade (on the west side of the mountain). Absolutely amazing views and an enormous private terrace. Ravello itself is a little more removed from the Amalfi coast, which made it quieter but also harder to get to, with the bus to Amalfi only running about once an hour during the day. There were a number of very excellent restaurants hiding out all around the town, though. Also quite a lot cooler than at sea level. We were very happy with our stay.

Location was acceptable, and the atmosphere and guests were very pleasant. The views are nice overall, but there are several items that need attention for a better guest experience. The rooms had a few quirks that should be addressed. The hot water comes and goes and would not stay hot for more than about two minutes. The air conditioner could not be controlled by guests, so we had to call the front desk each time we were too cold or too hot. Several towels provided had what appeared to be blood-like stains. Our room (#201) was also affected by dogs from a neighboring property that barked continuously throughout the morning. Additionally, the luggage rack in the room was too narrow for a normal-sized suitcase. Overall, the property has potential and pleasant surroundings, but these issues impacted the stay.
