First time staying here and couldn’t really fault it . We did go to Procida for 2 nights and travelled quite a bit while we were there . Value for money it was unbeatable . The food was always well cooked and lots of choices . Barbecue nights were good . Room was cleaned every day . Only real grumble is people putting towels on the sunbeds very early in the morning then clearing off all day so nobody else could use them . Apart from that it was good

Booked the hotel two weeks before we went, excellent price for all inclusive, asked the travel agent to request a low floor as my husband has motability issues. On reading the reviews before we booked I was very unsure, so glad we booked this hotel. When we arrived we had a choice of either getting our keys or going for lunch, as we had been up early we decided to go for lunch. On getting our room we were on the ground floor, no kettle but went to reception and was brought to our room within 5 minutes. The room was nice very spacious. had a fridge with a 2 litre bottle of water in which was replaced most days, if it wasnt you just asked reception and was given one, room had a free safe which was a nice touch. The hotel looks like it was very grand in its day, slightly dated but it added to the charm. The food was excellent could not complain at all, breakfast was fabulous, yoghurt, fresh food salad, croissants and cakes that were delicious, I never eat cooked breakfast so cant comment on that, lunch outside by the pool was very good, great choice, again cakes that were delicious, spoilt for choice, the only thing was they put the mayonnaise and ketchup at the beginning so you had to go back and put that on, not a big issue, evening meal was good especially the barbecue nights. Extensive cocktail list was really good and tasted good, peroni beer on draught, and coffee available and also iced coffee if you asked for it. Lacking in entertainment apart from the barbecue nights but finished early on. Free courtesy bus into Sorrento which we used and also very near the train station. As the week went on it seemed to get busier, only once did we struggle for two sunbeds, people would put their towels on and then leave them for most of the day. Would definetaly stay here again was a wonderful relaxing week.

A very good hotel, in a good location. A complementary Bus runs a daily schedule into Sorrento about a mile away, great service. A very good hotel, in a good location. A complementary Bus runs a daily schedule into Sorrento about a mile away, great service. Staff at the hotel are top class, food is OK and there is a good choice. Pool area does get very busy during the day, but its manageable. The only downside for me was the bedrooms. Public areas are very nice, but the bedrooms are tired and in drastic need of modernisation and refresh of the decor. Our balcony was only big enough to dry some clothes on, it was about 2ft wide. The hotel and bedrooms are clean.

Excellent location,with a free regular shuttle bus into Sorrento .Good atmosphere with friendly staff .The room we stayed was basic and could have done with updating ,terrace area with an unfortunate view of a tall hedge .Room cleanliness could have been better .Overall cleaning of the hotel and pool area , and upkeep of the gardens was excellent .Not much entertainment of an evening .Excellent choice at meal times cooked to an excellent standard .Barbecue evenings were fantastic .Value for money ,would return visit.
