We stayed here for a week the hotel is beautiful inside with incredible views over the bay of Naples and Sorrento from the restaurant/bar/pool and feels like going back in time with the beautiful decor and tiles on the floor and is spotless.the rooms are big and with a fabulous view over the bay.now as wonderful as this hotel is the biggest asset it has are the wonderful staff, every member of staff went out of there way to be friendly and helpful.we would especially like to thank the restaurant maitre d Luca who greeted us each morning and evening and is such a nice guy and his amazing friendly and helpful staff including carmine(wine waiter) giuseppe and Nadia and everyone in the restaurant and each evening there is a different menu on 4 starters/mains/sweets and the food is delicious. The bar has 2 waiters who are Andreas and Alex who we had a nice friendly and amusing chat to each evening they were great.up on the roof is a lovely pool and snack bar which is run by giuseppe who sees to all your needs while you laze round the pool. Also forgot to say all members of staff are dressed impeccably in either suits or trousers and cream jackets and bow ties and do look extremely smart. We will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to the beautiful amalfi coast

“Perfect stay!”

We stayed for 10 nights for our Ruby wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. The view from our room, which was spotless, was incredible and we never got tired of it. We stayed for 10 nights for our Ruby wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. The view from our room, which was spotless, was incredible and we never got tired of it. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and always happy to help. We had half board, but weren’t expecting to eat at the hotel every night, but we did! There was an excellent varied menu, always lots of choice and the desserts were incredible! Special thanks to Luca for looking after us. The pool area was lovely although we didn’t use it as we were busy exploring the area. The hotel is on a busy road, but we didn’t find that a problem. Would highly recommend.

“AMAZING STAFF”

First impressions of the hotel. Nice and welcoming. The room decoration is blue and white tiles, nearly everywhere, which is a bit in your face initially, but you do adjust to it. First impressions of the hotel. Nice and welcoming. The room decoration is blue and white tiles, nearly everywhere, which is a bit in your face initially, but you do adjust to it. The hotel is in a fabulous location, fantastic views and a lovely pool area. You can get into Sorrento in 10 minutes. Turn left out the front of the hotel, cross over and go down the second set of steps, follow the path and you will end up in the centre. Ok, so the best asset this hotel has, has got to be the staff, especially in the restaurant and bar area. They are so friendly and welcoming and go out of the way to meet all your needs. We are vegan and the restaurant manager created a menu especially for us, so we dined in the restaurant every day. We were half board, but we don't normally eat the evening meal any hotel, even if we are half board, because they are usually buffets, but not this hotel, it is full on al a carte and waiter service, and they are superb. And the food is high end, lots of taste and attention to detail presentation. All the staff work hard in this restaurant, but extra credit has to go to the restaurant manager for being so committed to ensuring that a quality service is delivered to everyone. We had drinks in the hotel bar too, there are two waiters working here, who are chatty and funny, and also made our stay memorable. We stayed late March/early April and had the best time. The staff are so lovely and caring. I have an illness which means I get tired easily & could not always join my family for meals and they were always checking about how I was & to see how best I could eat etc which I really appreciated. Every single member of the staff we encountered was excellent. The hotel is immaculate, the food delicious & I would be very happy to come back. I also appreciated the external blinds which I discovered by accident on the first night. So much better than thin curtains. We even got Easter eggs! A really lovely place to stay.
