Big hotel with 3 stars and I would easily give 4. Clean everywhere, including our room with 3 air conditioners (functional). We had a large terrace and 2 were laid out just for us. 3 pools, 1x for children, 1x for adults and a whirlpool. everything clean and nice. About 400-450m to the sea, but a nice early walk. The beach is cleaned every day and the water is really clean. After the storm in the morning, a little chilly, but otherwise fine. There were few people on the beach. Only on the weekend was there a joke (Italian holiday). Almost no one during the week. Perfect for families with children. Super trips are Mirabilandia, Miniatures, San Marino, Rimini, Aquarium Cattolica, etc. Special thanks at the reception to Miss Debora and her boss for a luxurious meeting, perfect and extremely professional approach. All our wishes were more or less immediately fulfilled and resolved. The second week in September we return for another 10 days.

Since 2012 we have been to Costa Paradiso 4 or 5 times with our family. The apartments are simple but for a beach hotel sufficient: After all you want to spend most of the time at the beach which is only 200m away. If you you want, you can rent a chair at the beach bar "Bar Alessandra" or have a coffee and a snach. One or my favorite4s has always been the poll at the Costa Paradiso complex. Good size and very well maintained.

Stayed here as the photos looked really nice online when we were searching. Once we arrived we bad one bedroom and a shower room and the kitchen was long and narrow with the dining area used as a bedroom with 2 beds out which made it very cramped whilst moving about! Beds were uncomfortable by 3 or 4 days the lack of sleep was getting to me as I just couldn't sleep. These were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. One evening I decide to cook and discovered how slow the electric jobs are. You can probably get some eggs 3rd or basic meals but forget cooking as it took me ages. The room had nothing in it other than 1 toilet roll, couple of soaps and some tiny sachets of shower gel and shampoo. 4 bath towels and hands towels and a couple of smaller towels. There were no tea towel to dry your hands on when washing up or washing your hands which was needed and people going on holiday are not going to bring tea towels with them. Cutlery was basic, but enough for a family of 5. One thing that we did love were the pools and how quiet it was around the pool. It would have been nice to be able to reach the restaurant area near the pool rather than walk out of the gates to get there. Did also see a sign that the pool couldn't be used for 2 hours (2-4) when there was no lifeguard on duty. The jacuzzi was also switched off as we tried to use it at those times. But this was lovely as well. The area was clean and tidy. Probably the best part of it. Quiet beach with a certain amount of private area where you have to pay €15 for umbrella and 2 sunbed. You can also just go further down the beach and bring your own towels. There was a restaurant which you could eat at and get drinks which we didn't use. Towels were provided by the apartments which was nice as well, these were given in a bag and handed back in on departure. It was ok but upon traveling out a bit we found hotels and other apartments which were really nice for similar amour of money. I do think €100 per night is excessive for what you get and I have had better for this amout in most other places. If I were to rate it myself I would say Max €60-70 per night. There is also not much around the area either. So not much to do and you definitely need a car.
