Spent 2 weeks holidays here w my family. It’s an average place, well located, providing good service and food. The bad point was the insufficient elevator, they know this and is already planned to build a second one . They provide some entertainement for kids, and provide free bikes (until available). Position: The beach is just in front, just cross the road (this street will be closed to cars after 6-7pm), the main street of Misano is just 150 mts away. Misano is famous for the Bike Races circuit, that is 5 mins by car from the hotel. The best brewery is just beside the hotel door (La Birra di Paolino), a place with excellent beers. Misano is in the middle between Riccione and Cattolica, so you can enjoy both of them with a 5-10 mins ride by car. Parking: They have their private outdoor parking, with limited slots. If full you will be sent to another parking closeby (3 mins walk) Reception: Very good, friendly and professional Comfort: Good Cleanliness: Good Internet: Unstable, free wireless, when working was very good, but sometimes did not work at all Television: Good Pillow choice: No In-room boiler: No Elevators/Stairs: This is worse point, just one elevator that simply cant make it. Most of the time we had to use stairs. We were on 4th floor, you may be above it, if you need to use elevator here is bad. Breakfast quantity: Good, could be improved, I did not like the croissants, the juices and the absence of fresh fruit Breakfast quality: Good Checkout speed: Very Good Hotel Restaurant/Bar: We were in All Inclusive, we changed to full board since I did not like the house wine. The food was on average Very Good, dishes changing from average/normal to excellent (few of them). Fish present on every meal. The “fritto misto” was unforgettable to me, so good! We were happy with the food and with the service. There is always a buffet that provides excellent pizza or focaccia, that is helpful to keep the kids while they bring the regular meal. Fitness/Spa/Pool: Not present

Availability and package information went as quick as a flash done by the owner Mrs Antonella and Mr Andrea. Availability and package information went as quick as a flash done by the owner Mrs Antonella and Mr Andrea. I had to call from abroad to get down payment and booking confirmation in spite of an email request. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Andrea. Rooms are clean. Restaurant, we appreciate the kindness of Mr Giuseppe however whole staff is GREAT, kind, flexible, patient with kids !!! Food quality is excellent and quantity is more than enough, even if pizza or piadina are not available if you reach the restaurant three minutes after its opening; but this is due to grumpy people therefore I suggest to avoid buffet service. Parking=OK, Beach=OK, TV=some trouble. Free WIFI=OK. Air C=OK. We shall be back next year.
