Hotel is on main strip, very close to restaurants and bars and just across the road from the beach and boardwalk, however as hotel is slightly set back, feels quiet which is great. Reception staff were very friendly and even gave us a complimentary drink as rooms weren’t ready (we arrived early). Room was spacious, shower a little dated but plenty of hot water. Hairdryer terrible so take your own! Coffee machine in room and can use mini bar fridge to stock own items. Pool area nice but not huge amount of sun beds and not the most comfortable as very low back, but looked same as ones on beach so maybe they’re the standard ones in that area. We stayed room only so didn’t use the restaurant but there’s a cafe right next door that serves breakfast. Overall, a very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff in a great location.

Lovely hotel with great staff and a fabulous pool. All the staff were really nice and helped us on several occasions we’d really recommend it. Very Italian and not many Brit’s which was a nice change

Unbelievable hotel, incredible value, the staff make it unforgettable, breakfast, housekeeping bar, swimming pool as good as many 5* hotels, if not better for service. This is a find and keeper. Before we arrived Arzen and others on reception treated me as a multistay returning customer. Check in smoothness . Our room not especially large but so well arranged you’d never know. Big bed, lovely balcony, very very quiet, a special request as I’d been very Ill. Transfer booked gave me drivers phone, a must. Reception knew their town, nothing too much trouble, but you could say the same about everyone. I feel guilty leaving names off, but Arzen, Nadia, and Benedetto, planned our meals and excursions, and all knowledge like (better) than cross keys concierge. Breakfast so varied, no special orders but we stayed 10 days and I had different every day. Scrambled eggs just like mama makes, bacon the ditto. The Pastry Chef on his way to Ritz. At least 6 home made ones to die for. My faves chocolate cake, and crème filled donuts. All served by young team with exquisite smile. Pride of place the manager Giovanni. He supervised, waited like his staff ,and cleared tables. He must have trained them all superb. Said by pool my adopted son, fantastic area . Shallow steps a must fir me. Always a bed available. Housekeeping Mamma Dorian ran her gals to clean and tidy . Towels galore, storage galore, and spotless. Bar waiter efficient, and every night a spread of free canapés like executive club in hotel five times the price. Position envious. Please stay here and be spoilt at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks to GM who took photographers around as season opened did so with pride. So friendly. Outside dining opened slowly. The fixed price dinner could be taken and paid by course.

I stayed here 10-17 May 2026, in Room 601, and was very happy with my choice. Reservation: on-line with Booking.com. At Genius level 3, I got a superb rate. Getting there: I took the No 9 bus from the airport, to the bus/train-station. This cost 1.50 euro. It then took just 17 minutes to walk to the hotel, on level ground. Location: very good. The area is high-end and there are a number of bars and restaurants very close. You can get to the beach in 5 minutes and to the Old Town is about 30. About the beach: much of the 15 kms is covered with for-hire beach umbrellas/loungers. (I calculated 200,000!) There are just a few areas where the beach is completely free and one of those, at the northern end, is very close to the hotel. Check-in: despite not checking-in online before arrival, I was detained for less than 2 minutes. City tax was levied at check-out. Room: a little on the small side but comfortable and very clean. At the back of the hotel, I could not hear any traffic noise. Safe: big enough for a tablet but not for most laptops. Hangers: enough for one person staying a week. Staff: uniformly friendly - particularly helpful Nadia and helpful Benedetta on the front-desk. Bar: very pleasant and adjacent to the pool. Pricing of drinks was very reasonable. A glass of wine was 5 euro, a Bellini 6 euro and a Whisky Sour or Negroni 8 euro. Restaurant: closed, pre-season, except for breakfast, which was a good 'continental' spread, with eggs. Coffees and juices were fine. My excursions: San Marino (by coach) Ravenna (by train) Cattolica (by train) Old Town (by foot) Beach (by foot) Best time to visit? I'd suggest, to those on a budget, the last week in May. The airport's quiet, weather nice, and the town uncrowded. Would I stay here again? Yes - if they want me back. I'm sure that they do.
