This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the hugely helpful and friendly Alessandro at reception, it was a faultless stay. We were given detailed information when we arrived and this helped us get the most out of our stay. Every member of staff we came into contact with, from reception to the waiting staff and cleaners, were happy to help, always with a smile. We were upgraded to a front sea view room, which was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of food. Those with a sweet tooth were particularly well catered for, though there were also plenty of healthier options. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and there were always plenty of sun beds available. I used the gym several times, which was compact but well-equipped. The spa centre, though quite compact, was a beautiful oasis of calm and good value for money. Finally, the car park was so easy to use and although there was a nightly charge, this, we thought, was well worth it because it was a safe and secure area with ample space to park your car. All in all, this was one of the best medium sized hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere in Europe. The blend of warm hospitality and the quality of the food and facilities mean we would definitely stay here again if we were in this part of Puglia.

We've just spent 10 nights in this hotel. The breakfast food was far from fresh. The scrambled egg was burnt most days or soggy other days. We've just spent 10 nights in this hotel. The breakfast food was far from fresh. The scrambled egg was burnt most days or soggy other days. Tinned fruit and pastries that tasted like they were left over from the previous day. The evening buffet was so bad that the amount of food left over on plates was shocking. There was no lunch available when we enquired even though we were told it was available, The pool was so cold it was empty thd whole time. Around the pool area there was ants everywhere. The room air conditioner was not set individually and it was so hot at night we were unable to sleep. We were advised to leave the window open,in which we done. The next morning both of us were covered in mosquito bites. The last day we were there ,we had no hot water at all. We did complain to management and we received a small discount off our bill. I would not recommend this hotel af all. It is not a 4 star hotel by no means.

“Average hote in a good location. Nice sea views.”

Fairly average but clean hotel but a good location between two small, but charming villages. Lovely restaurants in Santa Maria Al Bagno and the promenade walk to Santa Caterina was lovely too. Fairly average but clean hotel but a good location between two small, but charming villages. Lovely restaurants in Santa Maria Al Bagno and the promenade walk to Santa Caterina was lovely too. Breakfast is not good…tinned fruit, burnt scrambled eggs and some mornings there was a real lack of pastries - not really acceptable at a 4 star. It’s like the food was sometimes left out for day two if it wasn’t finished the previous morning. Spa is fairly poor and small. Good location though but you need a car to travel around and it’s paid parking at €10/day.
