Firstly the masseria is in an excellent position for exploring both Gallipoli and the South Eastern Salento coastline- make sure to ask about the coastal path. The masseria is set in a nice garden in a nature area- not overlooked, quiet, with local walks. We took the king size apartment, primarily because of its large terrace. The apartment was excellent, large- two double bedrooms with private ensuite, large sitting room, and with its lovely, very large terrace- we really enjoyed this accomodation. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of a fortnight's trip in Puglia staying at high quality masseria accomodation. We felt the breakfast provided by Li Foggi was the best of our trip- copious fresh orange juice, great coffee, GREAT croissants and local delicacies, fruit salad freshly prepared, freshly cut salami/prosciutto- if you want eggs (I don't!) just ask all served to the table by delightful ladies. We also had 2 very nice evening meals- rustic, but good quality- all served on their terrace.

“Wonderful staff, great accommodation, good food”

It is well worth staying here. The people there are warm, attentive and very service oriented. The rooms are very spacious, look really nice and have nice terraces. The food was also good. The pool is rather small but big enough to refresh yourself after a warm day. Really recommendable!

Beautiful Masseria in a rural location yet only just over a mile from the beach and 5 miles from Gallipoli. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are two buildings, we stayed in the Casina. Our deluxe room was lovely - spacious with beautiful high ceilings, huge bathroom, terrace, all very clean and peaceful. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, nothing is too much trouble - best staff ever. The outdoor breakfast is great, is served to your table with plenty of choice. However, and this is our only negative, the wasps at breakfast make the whole experience rather unpleasant and we feel a bit more should be done to alleviate this. Dinner at night was excellent with a small menu but freshly cooked and daily special. Really lovely eating here in the evening. Hotel sorted beach passes for us and there were free bikes if we wanted to use them. Highly recommend the Masseria it was a fantastic stay in gorgeous surroundings.

Lovely hotel in nature but close to the beach. We had a suite with a double bed and pullout couch for the kids. Room was spacious and the bathroom was especially big. We had two terraces but it was too warm to use them. We stayed in the cassina (where reception is also located) so we had to cross the road for the pool and breakfast. Breakfast is served at the table which is relaxing but I prefer a buffet for a quicker breakfast and they delivered things to our table we didn’t eat, there was a lot of food wasted. The receptionist was especially helpful with tips and making reservations. Her help was greatly appreciated. One tip, provide body lotion in the rooms.
