“Pleasantly surprised!”
We were hesitant to book this hotel after reading the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. At reception we were greeted by Eleonora with a great big smile. She helped us with the parking and was super nice! Hotel is a bit dated but no complaints here. Breakfast was great with many options. … more

“Location was key to everything!”
When we arrived, we were given an up graded room which was large, clean and modern. Everything worked! We seemed to be in a different hotel from some of the recent poor reviews. . It needs an overall refurbishment. The pool area is a bit run down and 2 out of 3 lifts were out of order. The room was quite large clean and spacious but the bath needs maintenance as the jacuzzi knobs do not work and the drain is blocked. The towels were not spotless but rather greyish. The onl… more
