It’s a great hotel with fantastic service staff. The tennis lessons with Roberto were the highlight for us; he explained things really well and with a lot of patience, and it was great fun. The rest of the sports team was also super nice and funny.

For the first time, we stayed at a truly family-friendly hotel, and everything was exceptional. The hotel was extremely clean, and it was clear that the rooms had been renovated recently, as the furniture was modern and in excellent condition. The room was also very spacious, which is a huge advantage when traveling with a baby. A baby cot was provided in our room. Initially, we were given a bedside crib, but since our baby is already pulling himself up to stand, we asked whether it could be replaced with a standard cot. Within less than two hours, it had been changed, which we greatly appreciated. The swimming pool was outstanding—very large and impeccably clean. Every morning and evening, staff members could be seen cleaning both the pool and the surrounding deck area, which reflected the hotel's attention to detail and high standards. Lunch was excellent, and the service was consistently outstanding. A special mention goes to the lady who manages the restaurant operations and coordinates the team. She does an excellent job, and it shows: the staff were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. This deserves extra praise, especially because we stayed at three other hotels during the same trip, and nowhere else did we find such warm, welcoming, and helpful staff as at Hotel Club Saraceno. The cocktails at the bar were excellent, and the beach was just a few steps from the pool. This allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds—we could relax on the sun loungers by the pool and walk straight into the sea whenever we wanted. Overall, everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Congratulations to the entire team for creating such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back

The resort is beautifully clean and modern while still keeping its authentic Italian charm. It’s absolutely worth the 2hour drive from the airport. The atmosphere in the evenings is fantastic, with great live music creating such a lovely vibe around the resort. The kids club deserves a special mention, the team are incredible with children and genuinely make the experience so memorable. Don’t miss the nightly mini disco that starts bang on 8:30pm, 25 minutes of pure fun that tires the kids out perfectly before bed. The pools are fantastic, spotless, well maintained, with plenty of loungers available throughout the day and beach towels conveniently provided. The landscaping around the resort is also stunning and impeccably maintained, making the whole place feel peaceful and luxurious. The staff are some of the hardest-working and friendliest people. Every interaction was positive and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were incredibly helpful organising taxis, booking restaurants and assisting with anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and efficient, and the coffee was excellent. We weren’t on half board, so we tried the dinner buffet a couple of times, while it is a little on the expensive side in comparison to getting food outside the resort, the food selection and quality are very good. The rooms themselves aren’t huge, but they are fresh, spotless, and very comfortable. The room type we had was the Comfort Room. The gym was another highlight and incredibly clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need for a proper workout. The water sports activities were so much fun thanks to the friendly and patient instructors. We didn’t rent a car during our stay and honestly didn’t need to. The hotel organised transfers and taxis to and from the airport with ease. There are some lovely restaurants within about a 1km walk, or you can take a short taxi ride to the local village for around €15. The hotel also offers electric bikes, which are a great option for quick trips to nearby shops or the grocery store. Lunch at the pool restaurant was another standout really good food and a perfect relaxed setting during the day. Overall, an incredible resort with exceptional staff, beautiful facilities, and a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere. We would happily return.

My family and I took our first trip to Sardinia this summer and it was amazing. The island is beautiful and the resort was wonderful. The hotel staff were so amicable and attentive. They made us feel like we were part of their family. The amenities were great, too. The gym had equipment for all your needs. The infinity pool overlooked the resort and into the beach and mountains - absolutely stunning. The water in the pools were salt water and so clean. I definitely recommend anyone wanting a clean, family-friendly stay, to stay here, just be prepared for some of the dining options to be a bit pricey. We will be back ourselves!
