I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had at Resort &Spa Le Dune. From the moment we arrived until the time of departure, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations — a true reflection of outstanding leadership and operational excellence. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, creating an atmosphere of comfort and luxury that is increasingly rare. The facilities were immaculately maintained, and the services offered reflected thoughtful planning and flawless execution. Dear Andrea, thank you once again for creating such a remarkable place, and for all you help, patience and professionalism. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend Resort &Spa Le Dune to friends, family, and colleagues.

Le Dune is a resort that caters for all...young and old. Perfect for those seeking an active holiday (with a fully equipped sports area), to those needing a club for children (excellent!) to those who need total relax (well kept pools and extensive beach). The numerous restaurants provide an excellent assortment of dishes. The food quality and quality is supreme!! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole resort is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We will return !!

Lovely hotel, right next to the beach. You could see the sea from your huge comfy bed! Nice cotton sheets and towels. Good water pressure in the shower. The beach itself is beautiful, lovely sand, shallow, transparent waters - just what you want in Sardinia. Amazing grounds and gardens, reminded us of the Caribbean without the humidity. Top notch food, tried most of the restaurants - all good. Recommend getting to the restaurants early as some popular choices went quickly and were not replaced after (say) 9pm. And some of the buffet food did not stay hot. Excellent choices for breakfast. Husband also loved all the fresh seafood. The site is large and some restaurants or pools were a 10 minute walk from our room next to the beach. Please consider this if walking (in the heat) is tricky for you. There is a shuttle buggy from the arrivals point to the beach, but the grounds are extensive and a bit hilly, so be prepared for this. Hotel staff all really friendly and helpful. We booked a boat trip excursion (via the hotel) and really enjoyed it. Pools well equipped with sun-loungers and naturally shaded with trees and shrubs. What would turn my score from 4 to 5*? A mini-shop on site would be good, to buy snacks or soft drinks as there is nothing like this around the hotel. It’s just the hotel complex and the beach. Also, I would have liked side tables next to sun loungers at all pools. Our room smelled a bit musty/damp. We did report this to the reception person who surveyed us, in resort. It didn’t spoil our experience, but when the souvenir shops within the resort are actively selling room fragrance products, it’s a shame that this wasn’t a feature of our accommodation. These are small improvements and has not put me off recommending the hotel to friends. We loved Sardinia and would consider returning to this hotel.

Recently visited with my husband and our 3.5 year old . Positives of the stay: Beautiful resort Reception helpful Lots of pools and sunbeds Multiple choice of restaurants Lots of choice of pools for small children Bed very comfortable in room Beautiful beach Great little shuttle by golf buggy down to the beach Amazing kids entertainment and facilities & kids club + mini disco , playground etc The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels Negatives: Resort is large , difficult to navigate without a buggy for a small child Lots of charges here and there that should be included in my opinion - Sun loungers ,a ridiculous 4 Euros for apple juice at dinner time for children although soft drinks are free? You cant ask for a plain coffee at breakfast but you can ask for a cappuccino, leading to big queues at the coffee machine. All of the restaurants apart from those with extra charges & the pizza restaurant are buffet restaurants . There is no children's section at the buffet . This does not work for young families to have a buffet selection and not have service and its difficult to order drinks . One parent has to constantly get up and leave the table and there is little time when the family can all sit together to enjoy a meal . It does not feel like being on holiday , but a work canteen . My son had a large nose bleed at the bouncy castle in the evening , we saw the on call DR ( not out of choice , we were just shepherded that way at reception when al we needed was a first aid kid )who could not speak proper english and was very rude to me . The room was tiny tin tiny ! So small for a family with one wardrobe and no other space at all , the bathroom was also old fashioned and very small , this felt more 2* than 4 * and also we had no view from our terrace apart from a bush , and the aircon gave me a very sore throat and cold .
