The resort itself has a really nice concept and great potential for a vacation, but there are several operational flaws worth mentioning if you're thinking of booking: Getting around: Unless you're renting a car, this resort is not a convenient choice. Local taxis are ridiculously expensive and charge huge amounts even for tiny 5-minute rides. Entertainment and photographers: Big shoutout to the animation team and the photographers! They are super energetic, genuinely dedicated, and amazing with kids. Honestly, they were the highlight of our stay. Sports facilities and organization: Everything looks great on their website, but in reality, there's a complete lack of organization and rules seem to change on the fly. Tennis is a prime example—though this applies to other sports as well—trying to actually play a game or get equipment is a nightmare. Reception sends you to the entertainment staff, the staff sends you right back to reception, and nobody seems to agree on the official guidelines or where the gear is stored. I spent days just trying to get a pair of racquets. It’s daily frustration for something that’s supposed to be a relaxing vacation activity. Towels and the beach: The room towels had a strong, unpleasant vinegar smell after washing, which wasn't nice at all. Also, the beach right in front of the resort is pretty underwhelming. If you're expecting that classic, crystal-clear Sardinian water, you won't find it here. The resort mainly caters to local Italian guests who seem used to this style of doing things. The setup has promise, but until they sort out their internal organization and communication, I wouldn't recommend it.

On arrival had to wait 6 hours to check in - no towel given to swim or any info on hotel ! Rooms very tired and holes in bedding and towels. Bring your own swim towel as charge £5 to change over. Bring your own toilet roll as never any in hotel toilets. Water station always empty so have to buy bot… more

On arrival had to wait 6 hours to check in - no towel given to swim or any info on hotel ! Rooms very tired and holes in bedding and towels. Bring your own swim towel as charge £5 to change over. Bring your own toilet roll as never any in hotel toilets. Water station always empty so have to buy bottles. Food ok but repetitive and never enough put out. Don’t expect to watch any of the 100 tv channels as none in English. On the positive the entertainment team are great and pool area lovely as well as the beach just needs some attention to detail in all areas and a refurb as could be a great place. Shout out to Alessandro and Giovanini who were great.
