An amazing holiday yet again, food is top draw, pools and rooms all very good along with the staff/team. Momo is excellent at what he does and so friendly together with his team. Looking forward to returning soon it’s that great, lovely area too with a handy train to the beach frequently.

We had a fabulous family holiday here; eleven of us ranging in age from 1-65 years old. The grounds are beautiful, very well maintained and set in beautiful countryside. The resort was a short walk/train ride from the beach and also from a lovely Marina, Porto Ottoliou. There are a wide variety of food options; something for everyone. A big shout out to the entertainment team including: Momo, Ivan,Toto just to name a few. We would definitely recommend this resort for a family holiday.

Ended up having a wonderful holiday here with my partner, rocky start but had the issues we encountered sorted and dealt with very quickly, the saving grace was the entertainment team Be Animation lead by Momo, they encouraged us to get involved in lots of activities and this was what made our lasting memories of the trip that we'll cherish for a long time. Initially apprehensive to book as there were reviews the pools were unclean however can confirm this issue was resolved by our trip did not note any problems apart from being a little cold until they heated up throughout the day! There was some mould in our first room in the shower however not in the second one... When we first arrived we had an infestation of ants (black and flying, think I was bitten by one but can't be sure) in our room (I'm talking hundreds not a few) which the hotel dealt with swiftly and sent a cleaner round immediately to spray non toxic repellent. Unfortunately this did not stop them coming in via the front door and the bathroom for the next 2 nights (we did ask the Tui rep at the time if we should change rooms but she reassured us this should take care of the problem, they would come in still and just die on the bathroom floor and on the toilet), after speaking directly with Tui via the 24 hour emergency line (think the person was called Ziya, he was so nice and helpful and understanding) he spoke with the hotel and they moved us to a different room where we had no issues whatsoever, apart from the door not locking on shutting as it did with our first and requiring the key to secure and no air con card on first arriving in it. Our neighbours also had issues with ants and had to move rooms immediately on arrival as they were dropping from the ceiling onto their bed, if this had been the case I'd have also moved rooms instantly (or hotels to be honest!) The staff at reception were friendly and understanding and the food was great, never eaten so much pasta and pizza in my life which was the plan with a trip to and Italian country! Other downside was the VERY limited 'all-inclusive' menu of drinks. Having been to a 5 star hotel in Greece with an all-inclusive experience, comparatively this resort had very little selection on the menu in terms of cocktails. The other hotel had most classic cocktails (around 20) and a few signature ones you could pay for, here there was maybe 2-3 I liked and that's what I was looking for from this holiday: chilling out drinking fruity and exotic cocktails by the pool in the sun. It was largely beer and wine but actual cocktails there were maybe 6 to choose from if you can call 'whiskey and coke' a cocktail for example. The staff were very uninterested in catering to what was clearly stated as was included on the menu (for example found I really like the 'Hawiian' Cocktail at the snack bar although served in a little paper cup not a plastic cocktail glass to take by the pool as other resorts do, at the main bar they insisted this was not included and was a non alcoholic drink, previously served with blue curacao and coconut syrup, once I showed them the menu from the snack bar which clearly stated it was available until 23:00 (this bar shuts at 18:00 so thought it may only be there but they were working from different menus) I was asked to pay for the cocktail on the all inclusive menu. The last day I tried to order from the snack bar and saw him pour milk, something from the soda gun and then coconut syrup in a cup which curdled, I took one sip and it made me nauseous so I left it (also I'm lactose intolerant so not great either way!) Our only Tui experience, a pasta making class, was cancelled a day or so before due to 'bad weather'...still trying to figure out how weather affects pasta making but hey. Thankfully we booked another boat trip which did go well and we enjoyed. There is some truth to the other reviews on here but I do feel some are unnecessarily harsh. I would not class this as a 4 star resort in all honesty. Our holiday was saved by the entertainment team and escalating a complaint to Tui, mid -week we were ready to fly home. If I could upload a video I'd show you the hundreds of ants but it's not clear in a still shot, I have uploaded photos of the bathroom after it had been cleaned.. The trip turned around mid week when we (eventually) ended up having a wonderfully relaxing time, getting involved in karaoke and water polo, making friends along the way. Would say it's a 50/50 risk of getting an excellent or appalling experience at this resort.
