On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Old structure, good people ”
An old building for an honest price/service hotel. with old style rooms, not in perfect conditions.. But with good staff. Free parking. Near the airport and city center. Good for one night at correct price.

“Old fashioned hotel close to airport”
This is not the hotel where you want to spend your holiday! But for a overnight stop this is convenient at a good rate. Comfortable, but no luxuries at all. Breakfast very basic. It was close to airport, but would not have been able to find it without a taxi! No wi-fi in rooms.

“Old fashion”
Around 40 years old hotel and no one time refurnished. Area not the best in town , far from city centre , you need a car, .Breakfast lowest than average but at least room was clean and price was really ok. If have to stay one nigth is ok for more than that not the best.
