There aren't many hotels in this part of the island, but we believe this large resort does an excellent job of catering to its guests. The resort is set in beautiful, well-maintained surroundings, and the public areas are modern, stylish, and inviting. The rooms, however, feel rather dated and have a somewhat retro look. That said, they appear to have undergone a partial renovation recently, with some elements being refurbished, which has definitely improved the overall atmosphere. The air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, and we had no issues with the room. The hotel is located about 1 km from the beach rather than directly on the waterfront, but guests can use a charming little shuttle train that runs approximately every 15 minutes. We absolutely loved this idea! Even better, the hotel has its own private beach, which is truly spectacular. It offers sun loungers, a beach bar, and modern, high-quality shower facilities. We only stayed for one night, so I can only comment on the dining based on that experience. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were good, and we enjoyed our meals, although we had expected a slightly wider selection and a bit more flavour. Food allergens were clearly labelled, there was an excellent range of gluten-free products available, and at dinner the staff even brought us a separate gluten-free dessert, which was a very thoughtful touch. There isn't much to do or see in the immediate surroundings of the hotel, but the resort itself offers everything you might need, including shops, a pharmacy, a games room, sports facilities, and evening entertainment for both children and adults. Our experience with the staff was mixed. We met some truly wonderful employees, while a few interactions were less positive. Dinner service in the restaurant felt rather disorganised, and the entirely paper-based ordering system certainly didn't help. It also seemed inconvenient for the waiting staff, making the whole process less efficient than it could have been. There is a car park next to the hotel, but it is open to the public rather than being reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Since we arrived in the afternoon, finding a free parking space was unfortunately quite difficult. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very positive, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Sardinia.

It could deliver much more, but value for money is not there unfortunately. Positive: all the staff is super nice, especially the girls at the mini club and of the entertainment group are extremely friendly, caring and motivated to do a great job. But also most of the restaurant staff. Beach is amazing and the resort location and facilities are nice. The night shows are high level with professionals dancers and singers. Cons: value for money. Meals and restaurants: 'mezza pensione' offer a very basic breakfast and dinner always in the same place and with the same food. If you want to try the other restaurants there is extra charge or in some cases no credit at all. If you want to have lunch, only options in the resort or on the beach are very expensive (12euros for a kids pasta in bianco!) But the worse part is not having even water included, anywhere - not in the room, not at dinner, and charging 3-3.5euros for a small bottle. This is ridiculous and i have never experienced it in any hotel in the world. Overall it feels that despite the '4 star' pricing, the treatment feels cheap . This would be easily fixable and i would recommend a change in marketing strategy. I feel the resort should make a choice, potentially price a little bit higher but deliver a more quality experience - now is in-between real 4 star and cheap mass resort experience. Any opportunity seems good to make some extra euros from you. Mini-club is only open to 17:30 which means parents have to leave the beach by 5, and if you want to leave your kids to 18:30 is 25 euros extra per kid! The beach is beautiful but the area for the Village is crammed and there is a very steep extra charge for the first 2 rows (also very unclear how it works) ! Meanwhile, you are constantly left comparing yourself with the beach space reserved for the Conrad (who takes the other half of the beach) with very comfy loungers always half empty, easier access (a wooden path and towels offered on the beach vs. Village where you have to pick towels 100m before and then walk in the sand zigzagging between other guests). Pool space is too small and not enough shade for the amount of guests.
