Fabulous place where the hotel is situated ,beach very safe and sandy .There are no toilet facilities on the beach ,yes there is a beach bar which you have to pay for this is nothing to do with the hotel )Beach staff very helpful and friendly .From the 4th row back he beds are free ( although on our arrival we had been told we would have to pay 25 euros and we would need to reserve them ,this not the case .Apparently the first 4 rows are reserved for the hotel .We had no issues getting sunbeds either by the pool or on the beach only a few people saved the beds ( not at all needed to )There should have been a bus going into Olbia daily it was cancelled our 2nd week there as the season was coming to a close ( you would need to make sure that if you go form the first week in October that everything is still open .as advertised .Rooms clean and basic ,they don't have soap /shampoo or shower gel in the bathrooms. Towels changed regularly ,rooms cleaned very well...Bed very comfortable Food was good with lots of choice ,staff very good in the restaurant. excellent service. Just a note you can't have ice cream at dinner only available during lunch time when this would be served to you by one of the staff when you went to the machine .We travelled with Jet2 the rep at the hotel was hopeless ,communication wasn't good .The hotel is in a fabulous place but very remote ,so really without the bus or a car ( unless you went on trips ) it would be hard to get about .We did a taxi into Olbia which took about half an hour well worth going and having a mooch around.

This was the allocated hotel as part of a tour. It is in a stunning location with a great beach, but quite isolated if you want to explore the area without a car. The quality of the accommodation was disappointing, with dated and tired rooms. The bathroom was poor, with ants, a faulty toilet seat and a terrible smell of drains. The balcony furniture had badly peeling paint and one of the chairs was on the verge of collapse. All issues were reported to reception, but we did not receive any further communication from the hotel apart from the chair being replaced. I would not class this as 4 star accommodation, as we were advised. The food was all buffet style and was ok, but some of the dishes were repetitive. There were no facilities to make a hot drink in the room and outside of restaurant hours, you would need to go to the pool bar or beach hotel. The information leaflet provided was only printed in Italian, so we did not know we could hire a kettle until near the end of our stay. Our room was in the upper part of the village, not the beach hotel, and our board basis was basic with no extras or all inclusive etc., so people with more expensive packages may have had a different experience. I would say this hotel is aimed more at a family audience. This area of Sardinia is stunning, but if I visited again I would stay somewhere with other amenities close by.
