“Pre "Backroads Biking Tour" stay”
Everything was 5 star ... location / views / staff ... food and the proximity to the water made our views extraordinary - we loved it

“A good location for a short stay”
A grand hotel indeed. Super location a few minutes walk from the old town centre with bars and restaurants. Old fashioned decor but in good condition. Very helpful desk staff. Good breakfast.

For the cost, this place is great. It is clean, the location is very good and the staff are terrific. The hotel itself is old and the rooms are dated. “Not sure what the hype is”
Very outdated but clean. Breakfast awful, bland offerings, coffee machine dispensing lame hot drinks and "warm food" watery and anaemic.
