“Understated luxury near incredible beaches”

We loved our stay at this hotel. It's in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. It was also a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of san teodoro but not so far as to be a pain. Are we originally thought we wanted to stay in san teodoro but in the end we were so happy that we weren't in town. It's a very unexceptional tourist town. Whereas this hotel was a wonderful relaxing respite. The beach for the hotel is not worth it since there are such spectacular beaches everywhere right around it. Definitely go to Lu Impostu  and la cintas beaches they are truly incredible beaches even though they are extremely crowded. (FYI Because of the overcrowding you must make a reservation one to two days before in order to go to Lu Impostu or cala brandichi beach.) The hotel had an excellent breakfast, beautiful amenities and a delightful pool. It was clean and the service was attentive We would recommend staying here.

We stayed at Due Lune 20/5/26-24/5/26 and overall had a wonderful time. The complimentary breakfast each morning had a tremendous assortment of food from fresh breads and pastries to traditional American scrambled eggs/bacon along with fresh meats, cheeses, fruit and vegetables. We enjoyed the private beach and quietness that is not offered at the public beaches. The grounds were lovely and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Our only bit of negative feedback is with the bed and the pillows. The mattress was extremely firm and felt like sleeping on a slab and had a plastic mattress pad which made it sweaty to sleep on. The pillows were flat and hard. An upgrade to down pillows would make a great difference in sleeping comfort. Again, this is a lovely resort and a great location!

Hmmmmm. A difficult one this. The resort was lovely and the service and people also terrific. But…… the cost was very significant and so my review reflects that. For the price I paid, my expectations are high. With that: the rooms were pretty small for 3.5k for the week and our first room was directly underneath the restaurant so all we heard at meal times was scraping of chairs. But to be fair they did move us (fortunately they had the availability otherwise that would have been upsetting….). The private beach was nice although access in and out was a little difficult with the submerged rocks but minor point. The gym was really poor though. One multi gym unit (bench, lat pull down etc) but it was broken. There’s no excuse for that I’m afraid. Limited dining options with the one restaurant. The resort is quite secluded but arranging transport with taxis is a challenge. The location suffers too cos there’s not much around and the local area has three restaurants which were good but again very expensive cos it’s a captive audience and this is not a knock on the hotel but emphasizes the need for easy taxis (there is a bus service to be fair) and a decent gym. The golf course is only 9 holes and mostly par 3s but still very nice but again….very expensive. 60 euros for a green fee and that’s with the hotel discount. But look, it was still a very nice spot and the staff were truly wonderful but the price paid was way off what I was hoping to get in terms of facilities and rooms and overall experience. Sorry.
