High up in the hills above Olbia with magnificent views over the islands and sea. Each room is private, discretely placed and built into the granite hill side - designed by the owner who is an architect and can be regularly seen in the hotel. There are 3 restaurants. One with a Michelin star (Secreta Fuoco), one roof top restaurant and one near the pool. Totally isolated with nothing nearby - absolutely quiet, no traffic noise or airplanes. The staff are very helpful and friendly, particularly Francesco on the front desk and Giuseppe plus others in the restaurants.

A nice 5* experience!!- we would love to come back! What a Beautiful place. We stayed 3 nights in deluxe room with sea view and good privacy! However, Make sure your reservation for the hotels two restaurants are confirmed before your arrival - they charge 48Euro to drive you 2 km to San Panth… more

A nice 5* experience!!- we would love to come back! What a Beautiful place. We stayed 3 nights in deluxe room with sea view and good privacy! However, Make sure your reservation for the hotels two restaurants are confirmed before your arrival - they charge 48Euro to drive you 2 km to San Pantheleo. (each way) We did make our reservation in advance but they did not sign us up for the restaurants so one evening we ended up with room service which was 20euro plus 35 Euro for each cheese burger. But at least the view was fantastic. All Drinks were 25 euro and did not include snack. We really missed a free shuttle to town- or at least for a fair price. Road to the hotel is dangerous with many blind angels so we recommend transfer arranged by the hotel. It was 110 Euro to the airport in Olbia. In spite of high prices we will definately recommend this hotel. What a nice experience! We would love to come back

This place is undoubtedly gorgeous, secluded with lovely views Personally I love the design/colours of the room and bathroom, comfortable, quality with all you need including a Nespresso coffee machine, plenty capsules, milk and generous with the bottled water in the room. We had Deluxe Room sea view (view somewhat disappointing) and a Charming room which was dark as tiny outside terrace backed onto rock/hill. I do think there were some rooms closer to the car parking and pool which I definitely wouldn't want as there is lots of 'traffic' around, so chose your room carefully! Plenty of welcoming, smiling staff around to assist you. Breakfast is wonderful, a lovely experience, quite different to anywhere. Interesting choices, great quality, so much to try, all served with a fabulous view. Service could be hit and miss, one morning we waited over 10 minutes for carafe of water, had to ask 3 times. Another morning service was great. Dining on the rooftop is stunning, amazing view, lovely experience but super expensive, I recall the cheapest bottle wine (local, nothing special) was around €90 (€18 per glass). I understand paying for good food/cooking which it was and beautifully presented, but their wine /drinks prices are ludicrous. Highlight dish surprisingly was their hummus with beetroot. I make my own (and I can cook!) but this was special. Unfortunately the more affordable casual restaurant facing the pool is closed in the summer. We wanted casual dining, so drove down to lovely village San Pantaleo which is charming, a must. A couple pointers: - Absolutely need a car. The road from San Pantaleo (never approach from other direction as just damaged gravel 'road') is VERY narrow and windy. You can encounter cars who drive very fast as they clearly know the road.... my guess is that they are hotel staff... - Gardener should be more attentive to trim bushes regularly to enable views that supposedly come with the room, at the same time as trying to preserve privacy, I appreciate, a balance!
