Just come back from a 3 day stay here and only have positive things to say. The rooms are clean and big enough, yes they could do with an upgrade and tea/coffee facilities in every room but they did the job! Surrounded by lush gardens that are very well kept. Every member of staff we encountered were pleasant, polite and helpful, especially all staff at reception, Stella and Roberto in the bar. Having worked many, many years in hospitality this goes a long way with me as I appreciate it’s not an easy task. The pool is perfect on the beachfront and not too crowded whilst we were there. Breakfast was included and plenty of selection, everything was fresh & tasty. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening but had a few snacks from the bar which were great, and everything made at the hotel, especially the ice creams & lollipops. I will definitely be coming back to visit as it’s close to Olbia airport so very handy for a quick week getaway. We didn’t hire a car but would recommend as it’s an uphill walk to the town and another recommendation would be to have a shuttle service to a local beach & town centre which I thought they provided but maybe only during high season as it would then be a perfect location for visitors with mobility issues too.

“Petfect”

Perfect location, room & facilities really good & breakfast was amazing with loads of choices. Staff friendly & helpful. Coffee/tea making equipment in room would have been an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Hotel is in a good location on the beach but is a good 15min walk in to the town uphill and in 35c! The beach was covered in sea grass as was the water so not pleasant to swim in. The hotel provide beach beds and umbrellas but from July 10th they start charging 20 euros for these. This was not told… more

Hotel is in a good location on the beach but is a good 15min walk in to the town uphill and in 35c! The beach was covered in sea grass as was the water so not pleasant to swim in. The hotel provide beach beds and umbrellas but from July 10th they start charging 20 euros for these. This was not told to us at check in. We were a family of 7 paying a significant amount for a weeks stay and were put in to the worst rooms in the hotel dated dark full of mosquitos and the rooms outside were covered in foliage and vines which the birds loved and left mess all over the patio. The furniture was old and dark. The shower head didn’t stay in the holder and sprayed all over the bathroom. No view as at the back of the hotel. We did ask to change rooms and after the first night had to pay an additional fee to upgrade to a better room for 5 nights. The hotel staff admitted our rooms were old and needed upgrading. Reception staff were unhelpful and sarcastic it was only the manager who was helpful. Breakfast was ok buffet style variety of choices and bar drinks and food were ok but service was slow. Overall this could be a good hotel if you’re happy not being close to the town but make sure you check which rooms you have been allocated.

“Lovely Hotel shame about location.”

The hotel complex is lovely. Set in beautifully kept gardens. Rooms are clean and comfortable with both air conditioning and ceiling fans. Rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels provided. The hotel complex is lovely. Set in beautifully kept gardens. Rooms are clean and comfortable with both air conditioning and ceiling fans. Rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels provided. Cannot fault the staff who were both friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to the blonde lady who I believe runs the breakfast area. I have coeliac disease and every morning she went out of her way to give me gluten free waffles/bread and cakes. Pool area kept clean. Not a huge amount of sun beds and could do with a few more umbrellas. Beach is ok but the seaweed build up can cause problems. It was about 2-3ft high at one point. They do have a small digger that comes to take it away a few times a week at night but it’s back again the following morning. If you don’t mind wading through it, the sea itself is lovely and warm. Now the downside.. nobody warns you about the nightclub directly across the road or how it plays 20,000 decibels of base music until 5am every other night! First night my elderly parents were kept awake all night. I asked reception to move them and was still waiting 2 days later. By then they had had a second disturbed night. Unfortunately I had to complain to Love Holidays as we were only there for a week and had gone for rest and relaxation! Parents were eventually moved to a different room up the road so noise was much fainter. Parents original room was No.12 at the front of the hotel. Avoid!! We were in No.19 and although you could hear the music some nights, it was bearable as we were a bit further away. There is a free bus shuttle into San Teodoro which I would recommend if you have any ailments as the walk is Up Hill and takes a good 15-20mins. Only problem is, it’s not very frequent so if you want to go into town for dinner, there is a bus at 6.45pm but the next one to get back to the hotel is just after midnight. We had to get a cab and were warned it would be at least 20 euros. Because there was six of us it actually cost 30 euros and is less than a 2 minute journey. Absolute rip off.
