We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well maintained everything was. The grounds team were constantly working to keep the hotel looking its best, and it really showed. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the reception team took the time to give us a tour of the hotel, which was a nice touch and really helped us get our bearings. Our room was excellent, if a little on the small side, but it had everything we needed. The large shared balcony with its stunning sea view was a real highlight. Sitting there with a drink each evening watching the sunset before dinner was the perfect way to end the day. The hotel bar is well stocked, but drinks are definitely on the expensive side. Expect to pay around €13 for an Aperol Spritz and €7 for a 40cl draught beer. The gym was another pleasant surprise. It's very well equipped for a hotel gym, with a good selection of cardio machines, a cable crossover, dumbbells up to 20kg, kettlebells up to 24kg, and several benches, making it easy to get a proper workout in. The food was one of the standout features of our stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive buffet offering cooked breakfast, fresh breads, pastries and cakes. A tip: use the barista coffee station rather than the instant coffee machines, as the coffee is much better. We stayed on a half-board basis and ate dinner in the buffet restaurant several evenings. It was genuinely one of the best hotel buffets we've experienced, with a fantastic selection of fresh salads, breads, grilled meats, fish, pasta and an impressive range of desserts. We spent the entire week at the adults-only pool, which was fantastic. The pool bar staff were brilliant—friendly, attentive and always on hand. There was no need to reserve sunbeds, as there were always plenty available after breakfast. The loungers themselves were some of the most comfortable we've ever used, with thick mattress-style cushions and adjustable headrests. Our only real criticism was the lack of easily accessible drinking water. The hotel would charge €6 for bottled water at the bar and wouldn't refill personal water bottles. If you asked a restaurant waiter they were happy to refill bottles from the restaurant's water machine, but this felt inconsistent and unnecessarily inconvenient. Installing self-service water stations around the hotel would save staff time and make life much easier for guests. One thing that's worth mentioning—and this is no fault of the hotel—is for anyone booking through a third party such as Jet2 Holidays. The beautiful beachfront pool shown extensively in Jet2's advertising belongs to the luxury beach club and is not included with the hotel stay. Access costs €50 per person, per day. We only discovered this after arriving, which was disappointing as the marketing heavily featured this area without making the additional charge clear. A couple of tips for future guests: use the local bus to Santa Teresa Gallura. It's reliable and costs just €1.50 each way. Avoid taxis if possible, as they typically charge €25–30 for the same journey, which feels excessive. If you enjoy walking, it's around a 40-minute walk into town. There's also a small convenience store called Tirso Market about five minutes from the hotel, which is perfect for picking up fresh sandwiches, snacks for lunch and reasonably priced drinks to enjoy back at the hotel before dinner. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The excellent staff, spotless facilities, outstanding food and relaxing atmosphere made for a fantastic holiday. We'd highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Pros: Stunning scenery Beautiful hotel Extremely helpful staff Excellent breakfast bufffet Very comfortable beds Very clean Close to a very good family restaurant and shop Very reasonably priced drinks and snacks Plenty of very comfortable sunbeds Lots of English speaking staff Complaints solved quickly if you speak to the right staff member Great pizza restaurant Santa Teresa Gallura Square is a great location for shopping and food, gets livelier later in the evening Cons: Maid service not always completed early enough Some instances of no maid service at all Evening buffet a little on the expensive side and reports of it not being worth the money Cashless resort UK cards not always taken at reception Local beaches not always accessible if you have mobility issues Coffee machine runs out of milk frequently and not always possible to find a member of staff to help €350 taken upon arrival to cover any orders taken at the bar etc Very remote, ideally you need a car or rely on buses to take you into Santa Teresa Gallura.

“Don't believe what you see in their photos!”

So my husband and I booked 7 days All Inclusive to this Hotel from 13th June to 20th June 2026. We hired a car as was suggested and we deffo needed it because it is Very secluded! The hotel is beautiful and very chilled and the staff are very pleasant. However, they are not clear with what All Inclusive means so we had to insist that drinks and food were free for us despite wearing wristbands and even then we were charged for food in the pizza restaurant! The drinks are as you would expect and included drinks are indicated on the bar menu with a sunshine, everything else will be charged for (not cheap!). I would recommend asking to see the bar list and A la carte restaurant menus ahead of your stay there for budgeting purposes. When you look through the gallery photographs they are quite misleading. Photos 2, 4 and 6 show a pool area which looks idyllic however, this is a 10/15 minute walk away to near the beach and they charge 35 euros per person per day. The same drinks and food menu rules for all inclusive, look for the sunshine. We were very disappointed about the charge because the photos really sold the holiday to us along with photo number 3 of the beach. This photo shows a lovely beach but in reality it is a PUBLIC beach which is dirty and there are no umbrellas here just seaweed, rubbish and dog mess, see photo! I read back through the details of this hotel and there are couple more anomalies like they don’t have a swim up bar, a deluxe room is a lot smaller than shown in the photo, the beach area designated to this hotel is surround by other hotel’s umbrellas and is pretty small. And finally two things, the pizzas were good but I suggest you takeaway because there is no air conditioning in the restaurant and no breeze of any kind, stiflingly hot! There are only 2 English speaking channels on TV, didn’t really bother us but worth mentioning. On our return journey we queued for 3 hours at the airport, soooo many queues to join and the facial recognition is really slow, like many airports but here they only have 2 machines for the whole of departures.
