Absolutely perfect fantastic food. Kind staff, great beaches (two) and the sea os absolutely stunning. Fantastic for families with kids due to their great animation program. We came back two years in a row and we plan to come back a third year!

Great place to spend our week on Sardegna. We travelled with three, 2 adults and 1 little boy of three. People and staff are very friendly and helpfull. We stayed in a nice apartment near the little pool. Great animation team of Nicolaus, thanks for your effort to make it a very nice holiday. We were the only Dutch on the property but felt very warm welcomed by all Italians. Great people! Would love to come back when we are traveling to Sardegna again. Ciao Dennis, Maya and Daniel.

“Average but not worth the money”

This resort is part of Nicolaus Club Quattro Lune and can therefore be found also under that name. I spent two weeks with my family here in the residence part, which was the oldest part. We cooked ourselves due to the flexibility it offered, therefore can't comment on the restaurant. The house we had in the residence part was a bit outdated and could have done with a refurbishment especially as it was advertised as a 4 star residence. E.g. the loo was old and falling apart in house 126. I mention this, as this is something that cost very little replacing and I can't understand this was not made. Otherwise the house had a nice patio and was well planned. There were also 2 big cupboards and enough storage space to host all clothes. The gas hob was not always very reliable and the fridge would have consumed less energy without all the ice it had, but essentially all in all the house was good. But not 4 star level. What we enjoyed was a glimpse of the sea, we had. The pool area was nice but the pool itself, though nicely warm, was not that well kept and could have done with more cleaning. The swim guard was spending more time on his mobile or reading books than really having an eye on the pool unfortunately. The bar at the pool had nice drinks and good coffee but as residence guests we would have appreciated the opportunity to buy a sandwich or salad there. The times we were at the pool we either had to go to cook or we would stay hungry. There were only ice-creams on offer in addition to drinks. The reception was ok but as I asked e.g. to which level of cleanliness we had to return the house, reception was not able to reply until a more experienced employee explained what we assumed, that the kitchenette corner had to be cleaned and dishes washed. The beach(es): we visited only the closest and smallest one. As we were in the residence we had no parasol included in the package which made it a bit tricky. There also is no WC nor bar at the beach and the beach was pretty full of algae, which made the beach unattractive considering the lovely beaches of Sardinia. The shuttle works well and brings you to this and a larger beach. The pizzeria offered very good pizza, even gluten-free ones, at a very good price and the service was friendly. And now to what I found the weakest link of the village, the entertainment. I can't speak of mini clubs nor morning entertainment as we did not use those services, only about the evening shows. Baby-dance was good and Sara got the kids well involved but the evening shows were pretty low key and unfortunately not of very high level. I can live with the fact that there are no fancy costumes or a fancy scenography and the whole theatre is a bit improvised, but there were really too many references to poo and to sex for my taste. I understand these are jokes even the dumbest tourist understands, but being this a club for mainly families with smallish kids all the references about sex were really inappropriate. We were last year in a club in Tuscany where humour was done without those sex allusions, yet still people understood it and laughed! All in all it was an average experience but not worth the money we spent, as there was no beach service nor a good offering at the bar.
