This was our second visit to Villaggio dei Pini this holiday we stayed in a bungalow, our eldest son, daughter in law and their 2 children aged 4 and 6 also came with us and stayed in a bungalow these are ideal for families or couples situated under the pine trees within easy reach to the hotel restaurant and bar swimming pools and beach. When we visited the first week in September 2 years ago there was entertainment and music for children also a theatre which children could take part in some of the shows with the entertainers. Dancing was organised for adults in the evening, during the day the beach bar was open which also had music and salsa lessons during the day this gave a good vibe to the place but at the beginning of June these facilities were not available so it was quiet fortunately we managed to entertain ourselves with our family and the grandchildren. I also found the food to be very repetitive!! There were no Sardinian specialities only the Sella & Mosca wine, the local beer and spirits. The Spa was not up and running!! The place is beautiful the beach is lovely with all the sunbeds included, the 2 swimming pools are ideal for children and adults. I firmly believe that if a holiday village is opening for the season it should be all up and running from beginning to end so come on Aurum Family do what you should do and don't wait until mid June to give all the facilities have it ready from the opening date we were not the only people to comment on what I have said. Disappointed especially as our family travelled from Norway they enjoyed the sun but there could have been more atmosphere etc. etc like there was on our first experience in September :( :( I would recommend visiting Sassari, Alghero and Porto Torres ....I asked the hotel for wifi only to be told that there isn't any wifi in all of the area incredible that in 2016 a hotel does not have wifi !!!!!

we spent one week for silver wedding 25 years anniversary . the main mistake was hotel selection, because all facilities overloaded, crowds and noise everywhere. we were very tired of high noise from karaoke bar. this bar facilities were of the very strange system - first we we asked to buy some card from reception and upload some money in this card and those money were not reversible back , it is really not common practice for the European hotel. Huge animators team was working only for Italian speaking guests. we were treated like lowest class tourists and decide to spent as much possible time out - went to Corsica and La Maddalena, Port de Torres an surroundings. by the end of this short review i cant recommend this hotel to anyone , because of low quality services fir high price.
