“Nice experience”
Nicola Maitre is a wonderful guy! Anto is super nice and warm❤️ Vincenzo of reception is good. Room is clean , location is great!

“3rd floor suite upgrade worth it.”
My comments are for the 3rd floor suite. Other guests told us other rooms were small. 3rd floor suite was large with large and very usable bathroom. Also includes private outside dining area on the roof. If you are trying to decide whether to splurge for the suite, I would say it is worth it. … more

“Great hotel”
This hotel is welcoming and easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has lots of attraction nearby, restaurants , bars and beautiful square. You won’t got wrong with a visit. A good place to stay if you want to get the Mount Etna
