We had a great family stay overall The food offering was a real highlight. There was a fantastic variety for everyone — the general menu was broad and delicious, and for those with dietary needs the gluten-free options were equally excellent and clearly well thought through. As a family with a wheat intolerance, we are used to limited or afterthought options — here it felt like genuine care had gone into catering for everyone. Mealtimes were enjoyable for the whole family, which makes such a difference over an 8-day stay. The staff also showed real thoughtfulness on two occasions: when we arrived late, food had been kept ready for us — a small gesture that made a big difference after a long journey. And on our last day, as we had an early departure, they prepared a food package to take with us. That kind of attentiveness is rare and very much appreciated. The private beach was a real bonus. We loved having the option to rent stand-up paddleboards and canoes. There was also a padel court available completely free of charge. One area where the hotel could improve is inclusivity for non-Italian speakers. While there was a broad and impressive entertainment programme, everything was held exclusively in Italian. Over 8 days this started to feel quite isolating, as we couldn't fully participate or follow along. Even basic translations or bilingual hosts would make a huge difference for international guests. Overall a comfortable, active and caring stay — with a little more language inclusivity, it would easily be a 5-star experience. Would recommend, especially for families with dietary requirements or those looking for an active beach holiday. The family room was more a private apartment, with two rooms and two bathrooms, and an eating area. It can fit up to 6 people. So very convenient for bigger families. Also the rooms got cleaned daily. The value for the money we paid was given. There was live music everynight. But our apartment was far enough away, so it didn't bother us at all. Located on the north coast of Sicily its less touristy than other areas of the island. Around there was not much to do. So we did a couple of days trips, which requires you to have a car. There are also trips offered in the hotel, but I assume they are also only in Italian. There is a spa, which we didn't use. The pool and beach were very clean.

The rooms were clean and big enough. The food (during lunch and dinner) was very tasteful and replenished regularly. The campus and the beach were cleaned every day. I had all inclusive, so I visited the bars quite often. The bar service was more or less good, but they used very small cups (1 dcl). It was acceptable for hard drinks, but if you asked for a beer for example, getting it in such a small cup was terrible. The evening programs were loudly, so, if you have children (especially small ones), you should ask for accomodation closed to the beach. The staff was nice and helpful.
