We had a magnificent stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, professional and nothing is a bother. The food and bars are amazing, the pools and the private beach are beautiful. We can’t fault this place at all. Make sure you eat at Casa Massaro at this hotel, the food of unbelievable! We done do all the staff, especially Santo at the bar and Maria at the concierge desk, they went all out for us and made us feel so special. Thank you.

“Great hotel + amazing staff (especially Veronica!)”

We had our annual incentrive trip with our group of 18 colleagues at Naxos Beach and it was amazing! The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The facilities, such as the pool and restaurants, are also very clean, well-maintained, and modern. The hotel is beautifully situated by the sea, and the beach is a wonderful place to spend time. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Veronica from the concierge team, in particular, was truly fantastic! She provided excellent assistance in arranging transfers and private excursions to Mount Etna and Taormina / Forza d'Agro, and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for her; whenever I emailed her, I received a detailed reply within a few hours. Throughout our trip, she regularly checked in to ensure everything was to our liking and helped us with whatever we needed. If I could, I would have given her 10 stars. Thank you for everything—hope to see you again!

“Good location and ok resort”

Nice facilities, pool was clean. Room was ok. Only went B&B and breakfast was fine. No fresh cooking stations but edible. Nice facilities, pool was clean. Room was ok. Only went B&B and breakfast was fine. No fresh cooking stations but edible. Night time entertainment was limited and staff whizz around on golf buggies at speed expecting guests to get out the way with no thank you. Some loungers on beach are free but not all. Overall it was ok but wouldn’t stay here again despite good location to bus stop and Taormina.

Spent a week here with the family, including 3 late teens / early 20s. We were disappointed that the kayaking advertised on the TUI website wasn’t available due to the hotel being between contracts with watersports providers. The tennis and padel courts went some way to making up for it. Good points were the Olympus bar from early evening and the Olympic-sized swimming pool. The snacks at the various bars were good quality and predominantly Italian with a choice of arancini and focaccias. We loved the friendly service from Daniela at the Olympic swimming pool bar and were relieved this opened for the start of the summer season, just after we arrived. The villas were set in lovely grounds with turtle ponds and flowers. The views of Mount Etna throughout the hotel were spectacular and the beach was so near, with most sun beds free for AI. The gelato station in the Calypso bar was excellent and we went there daily. A special mention for Simone M there who was very friendly. There are a few restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel and we especially loved the brilliant meal outside we had at ‘La Spelonca’. Naxos town is a 10 minutes’ taxi or bus ride away. You need to book a couple of days ahead for the hotel bus to Taormina. It was booked on the day we wanted to go so we walked 15 mins to the nearest bus terminal at Recanati and took a fascinating uphill 30 minute bus ride there instead for €1.80 per person each way. Taormina is well recommended, especially the main shopping street and square, and the ancient theatre. We also took the spectacular cable car to quaint Mazarro beach and you can get the bus back to Reconati from there. Not so good was the general unfriendly manner of a lot of the staff and the seemingly petty rules around the hotel. Rather than a wristband, used at many hotels, here you needed your room card for ordering food by the pool and one for each drink ordered. This often led to a confrontation as early on it was not clear what bar food what was available on AI. There were two or three staff that seemed to be laughing and talking in Italian about us during the confusion. Water was usually given in small glasses and bottles were chargeable on AI. There was nowhere provided to fill up water bottles. Food was slightly limited with only two hot stations and both required food to be served to you, as did the very limited hot breakfast in the mornings. Unfortunately one evening a yoghurt from the fridge had mould on the top. It was pointed out to staff but there seemed to be a lack of accountability. The evening entertainment was fairly low quality.
