“Perfect for Palermo.”

Worth of money. Very clean. Breakfast is simple but useful. Rooms are comfortable, and location is perfect. You are at walking distance for all sights. Owner is very helpful and his marked for us on the map every important sight and restorants, as well as gelaterias.

Central location near via Roma & good rooms which included breakfast. Jean-Luca who runs the b&b is absolutely amazing!! When we arrived he sat with us for half an hour explaining all the sights, good restaurants etc.. to visit. Everyone of his recommendations were spot on. 👏👏👏👏👏

This is a B&B in a typical Italian palazzo apartment block. So high ceilings, marble, and a slow lift. Our room was light and airy, of a generous size, and simple but smart decor. It was one of the new rooms on the 3rd floor which have been added this year. Firm but comfortable bed. We had a noise from the street on one of our three nights but slept well. Breakfast was a bit limited but fresh bread, brioche and fruit was fine. Location is a bit of a problem if you come, as we did, with a hire car as parking is interesting in the nearby streets. But with a lot to see in Palermo centro storico, it's well placed.

A few floors up (there is an elevator) is the door to the B&B; I think I understood that most of the units were on that floor but that there was another unit on the floor above. It was interesting to see, by looking at the flooring, how the rooms had been reconfigured. The room was comfortable, as was the bathroom, although the shower a bit small. The staff was most welcoming, offering us cold water after our hot walk from the station. Tap water should not be used for drinking and the kitchen was plumbed for filtered water. The fullsize refrigerator is used primarily to store the elements of breakfast, but can be used for personal use (as always, label your stuff – we forgot one evening and lost half of our melon !). There is also a microwave oven. The breakfast was filling with pastries, yogurt, some fruit (in addition to above mentioned melon!), coffee/tea and juices. The wifi was a bit limited, especially when it seemed that everyone came home for the evening to roost.
