“Claudio was such a delight”
Claudio was amazing! We loved talking with him at the hotel bar! He was so engaging and suggested several restaurants and knew about NH in Taormina where we just finished 5 amazing days. So fun!

Comfortable hotel in Palermo old town. Our room opened on to an internal courtyard so was very quiet. Our only problem was that on day 3 the breakfast room coffee machine broke down and was still unfixed at the end of our week. Coffee was provided from the kitchen but staff were very busy.
