“Excellent experience”
We stayed at the NHCollection in Palermo, Sicily. Everything was more than expected at the hotel. Special “shout out” to Claudio at the bar who remembered our drink order after the first visit! Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere!

“Great hotel in an outstanding location”
Excellent location and outstanding service with very friendly staff. Special recognition to Claudio the bartender who remembered our drink order after was especially friendly and helpful. We had a great view with a balcony overlooking the street on the first floor.
