We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Ground floor was the kitchen and drawing dining and a toilet. The bedroom was in the attic with a toilet. Steps to the attic are narrow and steep and from safety point of view a door same as the railing design should be added at the top. The apartment is well located and spacious with good air conditioning. However kitchen lacked a toaster and kettle and cutlery set was incomplete ( only one tea spoon) while there were only 6 glasses including no wine glasses. Also no curtains on the kitchen balcony doors. Minor additions needed.

“Excellent and centrally location”

Stayed here for three nights with my partner in September 22. The apartment is in a small street immediately off Via Roma which is the Main Street of Palermo. There was a lot of building work going on outside and access was a little awkward. The street was very congested and if you had a hired car to park would be difficult. We didn’t. Off the street you access a marbled entrance hallway and staircase. The young woman that dealt with check in at the ground floor office was friendly and helpful. Our apartment was on the first floor. There is a lift if you need it. We had a large and well equipped bathroom with a good shower, sink, WC and bidet. Toiletries and towels were provided. Towels ans bedding were clean and good condition. The apartment was very clean. There was a living area with sofa and satellite tv and a kitchen area with dining table and chairs. We didn’t cook in so can’t say how well equipped the kitchen was. The apartment looked into an internal courtyard and lacked light. The sleeping area was on a glass and steel mezzanine with a dressing room adjacent. There was a safe and an upstairs tv. We had a problem wi th the hot water but the staff dealt with it quickly when notified by WhatsApp. The apartment is very central

Three couples, each with own apartment stayed here for 4 nights. Very spacious apartments, all with two bathrooms, one with two bedrooms. Spotless and roomy, great staff, serviced daily or if you don’t want your apartment serviced just ask for fresh towels. Couldn’t fault it for cleanliness, position or price. Kitchen with dishwasher and basic equipment to prepare simple food. Walk to market or grocery store about 100 metres round corner. Staff great

“3 nights in Palermo”

Our experience was so so! Firstly,we advised them in advance that we would arrive there,from Rome at 6pm. We had yet to buy a sim card,so could not call them....there was no-one there ! Our experience was so so! Firstly,we advised them in advance that we would arrive there,from Rome at 6pm. We had yet to buy a sim card,so could not call them....there was no-one there ! We were able to get access to the lobby,by someone else leaving...their office was empty. A kind neighbour took pity on us and phoned the co...eventually someone showed up! Hint...have your phone ready...as access is difficult if the office is unoccupied. Secondly,WIFI was very poor,we had to go to restaurants for reliable WIFI. Perfect location for exploring Palermo. Room was ok,but the 'breakfast' that was included....turned out to be 2 frozen snacks in the freezer....that would be replaced each day.. We passed and ate out.! It was well priced...but not too attractive. Few restaurants close by,had to walk a little way into the centre to find a decent place to eat. Have seen previous reviews of 'friendly and willing staff'......well,they were pretty much absent when we stayed there!
