Villa Boscarino is truly a special place—full of charm and character from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending elegance and comfort effortlessly. The garden and outdoor pool area are absolutely stunning, creating a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding, with a generous and delicious spread each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The only slight downside is that it’s not within walking distance of Ragusa Ibla, so having a car is definitely necessary. That said, its peaceful location away from the crowds adds to the experience, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stylish and relaxing base in the Ragusa area.

This hotel is a total delight. The original late nineteenth-century building is very beautiful (mostly mock Norman-Arabic) with the most charming gardens, pretty (if small) pool, and elegant modern rooms. The chapel, where you can choose to breakfast is especially lovely. The staff are smiling, helpful, a pleasure. The only drawback is that the hotel is a short walk into old Ragusa, and a fair schlep from Ibla. As a moderately fit man in my early sixties, I found this fine, but those who don't like a stroll should perhaps look for somewhere more central. For me this remains perhaps the nicest hotel in which I have ever stayed.

Villa Bascarino is a charming place to stay in Ragusa. It’s an old private residence that has been beautifully converted to comfortable accommodation with a tranquil garden and pool area where we were able to have lunch after our arrival. Our room was spacious with a terrace, the breakfast offered a wide choice and the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. Parking is freely available in front of the Villa or free nearby in the street. We left something valuable behind but a staff member (Aldo) arranged for it to be couriered to our next accommodation which was so very kind of him. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Boscarino

Beautiful building, nice room with terrace. Helpful and friendly staff, especially the bartender. However, we always book a hotel with a bar so that we can chat or read in the bar in the evening. Beautiful building, nice room with terrace. Helpful and friendly staff, especially the bartender. However, we always book a hotel with a bar so that we can chat or read in the bar in the evening. It turned out that it was a pool bar and open from 2 to 7 p.m. There was also no lounge to sit in. It gave the feeling that we were in a bed and breakfast. Please state at bar that it is a pool bar and that there is no bar/lounge in the hotel. Otherwise a lovely hotel.
