We stayed here for 3 nights and cannot fault this hotel for it's cleanliness,friendly staff and location.a special thanks goes to Fabriola who rescued us when we were dropped off at the wrong location by the taxi.She went on to so helpful for the rest of our stay,along with other members of staff they made our stay very special. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and to anyone else looking for a great hotel.

“Beautiful ~ authentic Italian experience”

Perfect location! We had a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and seaside view. The room was clean with a huge shower that is not typical in Italy. This hotel has Old-fashioned Italian charm the service on the front desk was excellent. The staff were always very helpful and helped us book restaurants and trips. The rooms are slightly old-fashioned but immaculately cleaned. The only improvement was the bar was shut from 5 pm to 6:30 pm when most people were wanting a drink to relax. The views from the hotel were beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and varied. We had two young children and they were made to feel very welcome by all the staff thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location! Its located on the edge of town and quick walk into the city center for dining/shopping. Only a few minutes walk to the cable car to take down to the beach. Great location! Its located on the edge of town and quick walk into the city center for dining/shopping. Only a few minutes walk to the cable car to take down to the beach. The hotel is a little outdated but not so much so to impact the stay. We found the decor cute and authentic. We booked a room that would accommodate both of us with our own room/bathroom and balcony with sea views. Breakfast if average and almost always cold. They continuously would run out of food and you had to wait for it to be refreshed. Do not ask for a coffee at 10:01am they will refuse, a little silly if you ask me. The staff at the front desk are helpful, sometimes. They can also be a little rude and unhelpful, manage expectations. We booked transfers and private drivers on our own after we got nowhere with the staff. Once they realized we did this, they were not as friendly. Overall, it was a great stay and perfect location for the price. Note: for anyone with mobility issues, they do have stairs and a giant hill you have to walk up to the main road to get into town but this is pretty common everywhere.
