The staff were helpful. I wasn’t keen on the food especially when served chicken which had a black carcas . The last meal of my stay actually had vegetables on it, unfortunately I enjoy most vegetables but not French beans. I was surprised that the UK adapters did not fit the plugs required, I had to go twice to reception and then tell the person who I think might have been the manager that I needed their adapter to charge my camera as I was due to go on a trip, he had to remove a lot of tissue paper out of a box and found the last one. I assume providing adapters is cheaper than updating the electricity supply for overseas visitors. Lounge and seating area was very nice but I wouldn’t use this hotel again nor book with Minstral holidays

A very basic hotel but what you would expect from a three star hotel. The rooms themselves were very clean, basic but had amenities that were absolutely required. A very basic hotel but what you would expect from a three star hotel. The rooms themselves were very clean, basic but had amenities that were absolutely required. The hair dryer was very old and low powered and taped together but still worked. The food was basic but enjoyable. Each night was a salad buffet then a starter and main, where you had the choice of two dishes for each course. And then a set pudding. Food was generally pasta or soup to start and different meats with potato and vegetables each night. A small bar at the reception and a comfortable communal area but not a lot of seats ( so you had to get there quick) A small fooftop terrace with nice views especially at sunset but seemed to also be used by staff. The town was about 15-20 minute walk and had restaurants, shops and a great ice cream parlour. The town really came alive at night so it was definitely worth an evening walk. Also a lovely beach although a lot of it is private, you can walk down to the sea but not sit on loungers. The only real issue was with the cleaner who essentially kicked me out of my room and refused to leave even though I told her I was getting ready and she didn't have to clean the room today, she couldn't speak English and refused to leave till she'd cleaned which felt like an invasion of privacy when I was trying to use the room. The air conditioning didn't appear to be working but that wasn't an issue for me as I am usually quite a cold person.
