An average three star hotel, with 3 star amenities. The cleaning is pretty good. However the only thing they change in bathroom are towels & toilet rolls. No additional soaps / shampoo provided. The equipment is bit dated, but the problem is power sockets, none near the bed. There is one on the wall for TV & fridge with one spare but too bad the one spare was broken, so we had to disconnect TV to charge our phone and it was pretty in-convenient. May be time for hotel to put one or two additional wall socekts because in 1970s people didnt have smart phone now they do. Sleep quality is pretty good, however there is a night club not far and if windows left open, it can disturb the sleep. The choice of breakfast is pretty decent, fresh fruits, crossaints, juices, some salami, boiled eggs etc. Staff is kind, very friendly & helpful. The hotel itself is around 1 kilometre walk from the main shopping/restaurants area.

“Average accomodation with pros and cons”

Staff was very very helpful and nice. Mostly has spoken English. This we really liked. Accommodation was quite outdated (everything from room to bathroom) but it was clean. Staff was very very helpful and nice. Mostly has spoken English. This we really liked. Accommodation was quite outdated (everything from room to bathroom) but it was clean. Equipment was also not very astonishing (not very stable table, one chair, TV located on very bad place, lack of plugs). But we kinda expected it from the pictures, so we knew what we pay :) We had a nice view on sea what we appreciated. Although we did not have a balcony. Most of the rooms have balconies, although smaller ones. Breakfast were OK and staff was helpful and nice. Hotel does not have its beach. It has a discount on the near beaches, but for us it was still quite expensive (30€ per day but we do not know what is included. So maybe it is OK price for that area). However, a free beach was quite near, what was fine. I would maybe expect even lower price for stays. Although, maybe in this area it is appropriate (the whole area is quite commercial and expensive). What we did not like was a disco starting around 1-2 am and going on until morning...it was quite near the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for families. This area is, however, close to Cinque Terre, what is good. It is about one hour to La Spezia and then take train to Cinque terre (10 min to first towns).
