This is a really nice place, from the moment you walk into the reception and are greeted by friendly staff to the quiet areas around the pool etc, the bungalows are a little dated but they are very clean and comfortable with enough utensils to be a self catering although we didn’t really need to, the pool bar has a good snack selection and reasonably priced as was the drinks, plenty of sun beds by the pool and lots of shaded areas to stay cool if you wanted but the real thing that helps you relax are the staff, always smiling and happy to help

“Lovely little resort”

Visited Gran Canaria in the beginning of June. Upon arrival, it looked clean and tranquil. The lady on reception was really lovely, chatty and helpful. The grounds are stunning, full of plants and flowers. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bungalow was basic but clean and had everything you need for a week or two stay. The terrace was huge, with a table and chairs under an awning and 2 sun loungers. There is also another little terrace with a washing line. The door to this did not work, nor did the air con but once reported to reception, a maintenance man arrived within 20 minutes and it was sorted in even less time. No drama with sun beds as there was plenty of them. The cleaners came round every other day and gave it thorough cleaning. A few cats on the resort, which i don't mind but if you're not a fan they weren't bothersome. The only real negative would be the food is a bit lack luster. The pizzas are delish but the rest was quite basic. There is only a pool bar on site, there is a restaurant across road at their sister site. Quite a few mini markets in the local vicinity however we found them a bit pricey. There is an Aldi nearish (2.5km but 1km of that is up hill)! There are 2 big Mercadona supermarkets near by (you can get a bus to straight outside them) that are well worth a visit and cheaper than Aldi. All in all it's well worth a visit especially if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing time. If you fancy a bit of entertainment and plenty of restaurants then Playa Del Ingles is a short taxi ride away. Plenty of regular buses that go all over the island too, bus stops are a 2 minute walk from the resort.

We always come here for the peace and quiet returning year after year. This year our first week was perfect then our second week was spoiled by constant noise coming from a family across the way from our bungalow. They would bring in all their family members about 12 or 15 at once . I gave up on trying to relax on our balcony as it was useless. Something we work hard for all year and pay good money for it to be ruined. In effect it had a massive impact on our holiday. How can cordial allow so many people to come in and occupy a bungalow? . It has put a real doubt in our minds if we will ever return. We only come here for the fact we can relax , so cordial be mindful how many people you are letting into a bungalow and the impact it will have on people.
