Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly, kindly speaking English (but doesn't hurt to learn a few Spanish words). Immaculately clean, rooms well equipped with fridge, big bathroom and masaice shower, storage, Nespresso machine. You do have to buy more pods from the shop or bring some. Restaurant has plenty of delicious food, variety but not much if you are Vegan. Staff are so efficient and lovely. Entertainment is brilliant, chilled music plays throughout the day, Aqua fit every day (but is so much fun, loads of adults and kids get involved). Colouring, face painting, bingo, disco, balloon animals and games for the kids. Yoga, pirates, darts for adults. Really great, fun entertainment staff. Pool area had plenty of sun beds, it was never busy, lifeguard was on the ball all the time and cleaning the poolside. No inflatables or balls games in the pool so makes a really chill and kids can still splash in the shallow end. Get the free bus to Maspalomas, lovely place, loads of shops, bars and amazing beech, plus the dunes. Or taxi cost us between €6-7 each way Or local bus is frequent and goes East and West along the coast. Jet2 rep had a timetable. The negatives were that we had to queue for the one bar at busy times as the hotel is not exclusively all inclusive and there are still people paying for drinks. There are also no areas to sit and relax outside in the shade. UV levels when we were there were very high. All out a fabulous holiday.

We were not sure what to expect after reading several reviews however we had a wonderful holiday in this amazing hotel. We arrived around 2200 where we were greeted by a lovely man on reception. He explained everything to us and advised the safe is 2.50 euros per night. He then gave us all a packed lunch bag each including sandwich, cake, fruit and a bottle of water. The bar was open until 2300 so we were able to grab a drink also. The hotel looked modern and very clean. We were on All inclusive and the drinks available on that menu were sufficient for us so we didn't need to upgrade to the premium. My 15 year old son was very happy slushy drinks were available. We had a Junior Suite on the 1st level which had a lovely balcony and garden. The room was modern with large wardrobe and the bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and worked so hard during breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure tables were cleared and drinks were served. There was always a good selection of food at all meal times. We never struggled to not eat anything and the food was always being topped up. We always chose to eat outside in the outside area as there were great views of the pool. There were also snacks available in the morning before lunch and in the afternoon there was burgers, hot dogs, pizza and chips available. The entertainment team, Emanuel and Yahritz were great. They were so friendly and enthusiastic and we became great friends with them. We enjoyed aqua gym everyday which was always great fun. There were also activities each day for children and adults like darts, shuffle board, drawing for kids, face painting. The hotel is not large so the offerings for activities were really good. We also played bingo each day where you could win a chance of having a bali bed for the day as otherwise these are chargeable at 10 euros per day. We were lucky enough to be given a bali bed for the day which was shaded with the curtains around it. There is also a play park for children and a pool table as well. The pool was lovely with double sunloungers along the side. These were great when it was getting too hot on the sunbeds. The lifeguard seemed very strict at first as no inflatables or balls are allowed in the pool but we realised he just wanted the pool to be safe and to be honest it was so much nicer with no lilos floating around you. We also had a saxophonist and violinist play by the pool on 2 days which was great. There was evening entertainment each night which was different singers, also one night there was an acrobatic show all of which were great. The only thing I would say is there are not enough seats to watch the evening entertainment so it would be good to get some more seats. Sometimes there were queues at the bar however no more than 7 or 8 people in front and the staff worked quick to serve you. There is another bar in reception which is chargeable but we didnt use this. There is a small gym with different exercise machines which my 2 sons age 15 and 18 went into. The hotel is about 10 - 15 min taxi ride from Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles which is about 8 euro each way. They also offer a free shuttle bus to both beaches at different times through the day. The bus does stop at other hotels on route but the driver tries to fit as many people on as he can. There is a small shop onsite selling drinks, snacks, suncream etc which is open at certain times. We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. It was very relaxing and just felt so chilled out. The staff were amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning 😎

I have just returned home from 10 days here, at the start of the busy season. I have to say, this is one of the best holidays we have been on in quite a while! The hotel room was lovely. Very clean, very comfortable and with plenty of space. The bathroom was large and the bed was massive and comfortable. The location of the hotel is quite far from things (which we already knew when we booked it). We hired a car though, so that was not really an issue for us. The restaurant was never too busy for us to be able to get a table straight away. This was at all mealtimes. The food was a good variety, and we never had any issues with how warm the food was. The staff in the restaurant were always lovely and friendly. The pool area was kept clean and tidy. We never had an issue with getting a sun lounger. Entertainment was on every night, usually a singer of some kind. The magician and the acrobatic entertainment were very good. We also particularly enjoyed the motown singer. Entertainment was stopped by 11pm and it was quiet after that. During the day we were also surprised by the pool entertainment, including live musicians. On the day that we left, we were able to reserve a slot in a room to shower which we really appreciated. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wasps making a nest directly above the patio, someone was sent out to assist with removing this straight away. The only slight negative was the bar outside. Frequently only one member of staff serving, which did lead to big queues. As others have mentioned, you have to queue for soft-drinks. Having these as self-serve would vastly improve the queueing time. Also, the drinks are quite small and the ice-cubes are quite big- so you can queue 15 mins for a drink that is gone in 3 sips. Larger cups for soft-drinks would also help.

please at first i must say this place is certainly not for kids, theres nothing for them , apart from a boat that would probably burn them if used during top heat. the cleaners are brilliant at there job, the hotel is truly spotless. entertainment is 110% dire! I mean seriously bad, not the singers as such its the timing. we had someone play a violin of a cum bah yar at 11am! (spell check, church song) drinks start and stop at 11-11 but the entertainment is not at a stage, its like an tiny corner of the pool/breakfast/dinner/lunch bar. as stated by another reviewer, this place could earn so much more if it had more entertainment and later service of alcohol, say midnight. one issue that really annoys me is that it states adult only pool, but its actually only for the rooms surrounding it!!!. 10 euro to have a cabana i thought was reasonable, especially if u have a late check out and have kids. food is very fresh, plentiful and digital coffee machines, ice-cream fridge, (very end of the restaurant if u want some, quite hidden). cocktails and alcohol were perfect on basic all inclusive. massive gripe was booking a slot to get changed in which just so happened to be nxt door to my own because people were late coming out of them , so I advise to pay for late check out. no TV in ur bedroom, but in lounge , coffee pods make me laugh, cant get anymore placed in ur room but doesn't the machines go against ur policy? just have a kettle and ask people to request sachets, instead of a machine and people complaining about no refills. reception staff (white older man, possible manager) was mega rude, infact always rude which is a shame considering all of the other staff were lovely. fish, prawns, etc 😋 ♥️. never short of a sunbed. however didn't like the topless older woman. definitely need more toilets for the only restaurant/bar/pool toilets . all in all i would say this place is lovely for a middle age couples 1st holiday, without kids and who like to just relax with no noise
