Gorgeous holiday and hotel. I would highly recommend. We stayed in the adults only section, which was so tranquil. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners work very hard on a daily basis to keep it that way. If you want to walk into town it will take roughly 45 mins (4km), which we loved doing. It’s also only 7 euros in a a cab which are readily available. We opted for half board (breakfast and dinner), which worked great for us and the food selection was great. Healthy choices available. I would suggest buying some nespresso coffee pods from Lidl / aldi as you’re only provided with 4 pods, which do not get replaced. The onsite supermarket sells them for 6 euros if not. ☺️ We would 100% return to this hotel. We had a fantastic holiday.

“The Hotel ticked all the boxes when I booked it and I was not disappointed”

We arrived after the restaurant was closed and received a packed snack and water along with a warm welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Pool was fantastic and plenty of sun beds available. All areas of the resort were clean and tidy and the atmosphere was very relaxed and calm. All staff members we encountered were courteous and attentive at all times. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Overall good stay and it’s a nice place to just relax. Few observations if you’re thinking about this as a stay. Overall good stay and it’s a nice place to just relax. Few observations if you’re thinking about this as a stay. It’s likely the furthest from anything and so you’ll need a car, although there is a regular bus service provided by the hotel. If a walk in the evening is your want? It’s the wrong choice. I’ve never seen so many under five’s in one place, so clearly attracts the young family element. The buffet, whilst small, provides fresh, tasty food and kept me very happy. Among some of the nicest I’ve had and I travel a lot. The only downside perhaps is housekeeping, or lack there of. Whilst there is a coffee machine. You’re provided four coffee pods on arrival, no tea and that’s your lot. The instruction is you then buy your own. I’ve never seen this before and bad in a four star hotel. The rooms are also never cleaned. Beds are made and towels are replaced. Shampoos etc are never replenished and no actual cleaning is ever done. This has to be a business model as whilst various different people attended the room. All carried out the same tasks. Dirty cups stayed as they were for six days. Rubbish remained for the same period of time. It’s really odd and to my mind and I work in the hospitality industry, I own my own business. A huge no, no. The management need to address this and quickly. You’re failing your guests on a very basic requirement. I’m able to keep things clean and tidy myself and it didn’t affect my trip. But it’s disappointing and I’d never stay in a hotel belonging to the chain again. It’s not cheap to stay here and poor. Good break and thank you to your staff who are on the whole very pleasant.

We spent 2 weeks in a Suite in Kumara from 29th March- Suite nr 260. Suites are in the upper row, quiet, well equipped. The bed is a bit short but with the layout of the room they did the maximum possible. To the Suite I only have one recommendation: have an extra rail for the towels to dry in the bathroom, there is enough space for it. The Suite itself is great, spacious, well equipped. I really loved the shampoo, conditioner etc, very good smell and quality. The garden, pool area, beds are great, we always found place. Water temperature very good. All employees very friendly. Food was good selection, always filled up quickly. The only minus for us was the coffee. The Nescafe coffemashine gives very cheap quality coffee, I was surprised to find this in a Lopesan hotel. We stayed already in the Villa del Conde and the Costa Meloneras, we loved those too, but stying in this smaller quieter Lopesan hotel this time was a very good decision. We will definitely come back, next time in the adults only section.
