I am not going to say anything negative about Vista Verde as there simply is nothing. Firstly, Stefano is brilliant (and his staff very friendly). There was nothing he would/could not do for you and went above and beyond in customer service. Pool was immaculate, room very clean (in fact we had cleaning and changes of towels/bedding twice in one week) and didn't have to fight for a sunbed once! Location was excellent. Far enough from the busy Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles to make this site very quiet. Even when other sites around us were playing music, come 11pm and you could hear a pin drop. Sleeping was so peaceful. For those moaning about it being a 45 minute walk to Maspalomas or 25 minutes to Playa Del Ingles, you knew that when you booked. Besides, they thought about this and there is a convenient FREE coach to both locations from right outside the door. It really is a great place for quiet, relaxed and comfortable rest especially as it is adults only! The kitchenette is fully equipped, the bathroom is modern and excellent, the beds are large and comfortable with plenty of room for clothes storage. Air conditioned and bright with a fan in the living room. Stefano did ask for any ideas on how to improve and we did struggle but there are a couple of things (our opinion only) that could do so. Firstly, a lamp in the living room would make it feel a bit warmer rather than the bright overhead lights. Perhaps a rug on the floor to break up the tiling. The kitchenette does lack an oven so cooking is hob-based or microwave (or the convenient bbq area on the patio). There is no draining board so drying up has to be done at the same time as washing up. no big deal but one of those draining boards that drain into the sink would be useful. Perhaps a clock in the villa somewhere? The most useful addition would be some local information. Yes, Stefano is there to ask but in the room (like a lot of other places) there is usually a folder of local information like bus timetables, local restaurants and locations, taxi information, hints and tips etc. When we are back in Gran Canaria, we will certainly look at Vista Verde again.

Such a great complex , from the outset you are made to feel welcome, and literally , nothing is too much trouble ! Your hosts , Stefan & Daniel , really have a 'can do ' attitude and that makes such a difference ! The resort is quiet , no kids ( blissful ! ) just other like minded people wanting to do their own thing . The complex is small , 16 bungalows, all with a lovely terrace with table and chairs and umbrella . The lounge area is spacious , with a sofa bed , tv , small kitchen area , with a big fridge/freezer, 4 hobs , microwave , and plenty of utensils and pots and pans etc ! Bedroom is very comfortable , great mattresses , big wardrobes, free safe . The bathrooms look newly updated, good powerful shower and plenty of hot water . Pool area is beautiful , no sun bed baggers here ! My only critisism was , the pool was ICE cold !!!! Vista Verde is located in a quiet area , with a free shuttle several times daily to/from PDI & Maspalomas . Next door is an apartment complex with a small bar area open during the day , and there is a supermarket 2 minute walk away . We LOVED our stay here , its spotlessly clean , the 2 guys and cleaners who are there are a pure delight ! We will definately return !

We moved to here on the lockdown in gran canaria what's an excellent find this hotel is it is a bit out of the way but it backs on to the golf course and is lovely and quiet I would totally recommend this venue the bungalows themselves are neat and tidy and have everything you require the bed is the biggest bed we have seen in any hotel it is massive the staff are friendly there is also a man that delivers fresh bread every morning about 9 and is lovely there is a local shop about 100 yards away from the hotel I am so glad that we found this place and would definitely return fantastic
