“Hyatt Ziva experience”
I had a great experience at this hotel. I have been to a few in this area and this is absolutely the best one so far. The excursions, food, staff, beach, pool and customer service is top tier. “Far exceeded our expectations”
The resort is beautiful from the moment you pull up. The people waiting to greet us when we got there were fantastic. Angel took us to the club lounge to check-in. He gave us a mini-tour of the resort on the walk to the lounge. When we got there, he handed us of to Ernesto. He was great as well. ... more
