“Excellent Stay”

We spent a week here and had an amazing stay. The food and drinks were good, and access to the pool and beach was great. Would definitely come back for another stay.

We had the best time at this resort!! From the beginning to end, the service was impeccable. Norma helped us at check in and she was the best! We had a hiccup in the beginning, and she continued to check in on how we were doing throughout our stay. She really made us feel valued and welcomed. At the pool, Nadia was our server through the week. We made sure to sit in the same area so we had her. She was so kind and speedy. She was constantly checking to see if we needed anything. The buffet was INCREDIBLE. Don’t miss out on breakfast. Truly everyone we encountered at the resort was top tier. Their kindness and generosity was felt by all of us. I can’t wait to come back.

I really enjoyed the treatment from all the workers! Soledad was so sweet and welcoming throughout our whole stay. We had to switch rooms because the AC wasn’t working, and Soledad went out of her way to bring my bathing suit, I had forgotten in my old room, to my new room. My favorite part was the massage, Maria did and amazing job! I wish the food would’ve been better and had more variety. The restaurants had great options and my favorite was the chicken and ginger soup at the Thailand restaurant.

This was between 3 and 4 stars. We lean to 4 stars due to some amazing elements that we sp3ak about below. We took our family of 6 to Fiesta Americana Condesa in June. We had high hopes based on some YouTube reviews. Overall, this hotel was average. The rooms were okay. Beds comfortable. We had an ocean front room and the view was stunning...it's Cancun! Once we checked in, we were greeted by a staff member, Sr. Ozuno, who sat us down to go over the property in detail. There was a moment where our youngest was upset about something, and that staff member went off to get him a small turtle-shaped backpack that he could color. Very thoughtful. Our son loved it and it kept him busy when he finished his dinner and the rest of us were still finishing up. The food was not bad, but we've certainly had better quality at other resorts. They need more options open at breakfast. The buffet gets a little old. The reservation system for some restaurants was weird. It was hard to get tines, and when we did, the restaurants were 1/4 full. The two AMAZING standouts: the staff and The Kids Zone. The staff are just as wonderful as we've seen in other resorts. So friendly and helpful at every turn. We loved being served in the restaurants by Isaac, Anselmo, Jose, Daniel and Jesus. They were so friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us find our favorite beverages: fresadas, piña coladas, miami vice, and mango tango. They even got us more delicious fresh bacon when we were too embarrassed to go ask for more. They were patient with our Spanish and always helped us as we tried to learn more. It was so sad to say goodbye to these waiters we saw so much, had great conversation, and became friends with. Our housekeeper, Victoria, was fantastic and went above and beyond. She made sure our room was spic and span each day, smelled amazing, and was restocked with everything. She made our 5 year old son's bed so cute each day, lining up all of his stuffed animals and folding his blanket in a special way. She brought us tons of bottled water because she knew we used it for everything. She also made the most adorable rose out of a washcloth and two leaves. She also made these darling little ducks out of washcloths. Our son was so enamored with them that he played with them as pets. The Kids Zone was awesome! Our 5 year old son was so nervous to go at first, but after playing foos ball with Maria and spending the afternoon making crafts with Ceci and getting Bluey and Bingo painted on his arms by Marlen, he wanted to go back there every day. The kids club staff had fun activities scheduled throughout each day. They fed the fish, had treasure hunts in the pool and on the beach, played bingo and so many other fun games, made dream catchers, pirate hats, candy boxes and more. Maria, Ceci, and Marlen are the sweetest and friendliest staff and made our son feel so comfortable and cared for. If you have young kids, this is a must. It would ve nice to not be harassed by the Vacation club, photo place, and Spa staff to pay for all the extras every day. Overall, we would give staff, beach and Kids Zone 5 stars. Rooms, property, and different restaurants we give 4 stars. Food quality and being sold to too often get 3 stars. Would we go back, yes. But we know there are also other family-centered properties we'd like to try as well.
