There are a lot of nice hotels in Cancun but none of them have the service of Le Blanc. The employees of Le Blanc are second to none. We have stayed at some of the nicest hotels and resorts around the world and none of them have the service of Le Blanc. Everyone is amazing but there were a few standouts. Our diamond concierge Patricia and Ingrid got in touch with us almost everyday to make sure everything was ok. Even our concierge in Cabo, Cesar, came up to us and said hello and to tell us he is now in Cancun. He is so nice. When we went to the beach, Henry always had our chairs and umbrella set up for us and Rafael remembered our fav drinks. Lucindo at the pool is so hard working to make sure everyone had what they needed to have a memorable experience. She always had a smile and was so nice. Our butlers Byliyoel and Rodrigo made sure we had everything we needed for our rooms and our butler from last trip, Marco, was on a different floor this time but made it a point to come up to us and say hello. Now THAT is great service! Hernando the lifeguard came to us and said hello too. We had great massages with Gloria and Daniela. I also had a great back massage from Fatima ( I think she said she was on loan from Beach palace). We used Juan Carlos to drive us around and he acted as our tour guide describing the area. Very fun. Then there is Leslie. She is the General Manager. She walks around and you would never know she runs the place. She wears the same uniform as everyone else. Her name tag just has her name, no title. And when you talk to her, she is so humble and nice. She made my wife and I feel so welcome. I'm not sure if she reads these posts but if you do, Leslie, you are an amazing GM. Now I know why all your employees love working at Le Blanc so much. It's very rare you have employees working at a hotel for long periods but we ran into so many people who have worked at Le Blanc for over 10 years and they still enjoy their job and it shows. That attitude comes from the top. You are an amazing boss Leslie and you have done an amazing job with your staff. There are a lot of very nice hotels in Cancun. Yes, Le Blanc is pricy but if you are thinking of going, just go! You won't be disappointed and the great memories you will have are much more valuable than the price you paid. We don't go to Le Blanc because of the building, we go for the amazing service and staff. Everytime we go,we feel like we are going to see our second family. Thanks again to everyone at Le Blanc for another memorable vacation.

“Amazing beach vacation”

Our first trip to any Palace resort, Le Blanc or otherwise, and I was certainly not disappointed. Met many members there, a few of which seemed to think that Le Blanc has gotten "worse" over the last few years, but as a first-timer there I can't really see how this place could have been any better. My partner and I stayed in a Governor's Suite, which is one of the only room options with a balcony and the room itself was beautiful, well-kept, and had incredible views of the ocean. Just a few of my highs and "lows" of the trip: Food: A+ - this was one of my top deciding factors in choosing Le Blanc in the first place and everything was incredible. We got a chance to try all of the restaurants at Le Blanc (and even one bonus restaurant as we had one meal at Moon Palace Grand as we discovered halfway through our trip that we were able to eat anywhere over there as well) and each was better than the next. Impossible to pick one favorite over another as you really cannot go wrong with any of them. If you are a fan of sushi or Japanese food, Yama is just as good as any sushi I've had anywhere in the major city I live in. Blanc (steakhouse at dinner), was saved for last as I've had less than optimal experiences at other steak restaurants at other all-inclusives and my partner and I were blown away at how great the steak here was. We did opt for one of the upgrades here and it was worth every penny. Both Lumiere and Bella were also very enjoyable and there were too many food highlights to mention them all. Service: A+ - the service here was almost too good? Everyone at Le Blanc, from the concierges, butlers, cleaning staff, and service staff are some of the friendliest, most welcoming people I've had at any vacation resort I've been to. They are almost too attentive, and if you're a low maintenance couple like we are, it's almost overwhelming to have all of these people bend over backwards to ensure you have what you want. If you go to Le Blanc, please tip these folks generously, they really are a huge part as to why we had such a good experience. Ocean and pools: A+ You're not going to get a better beach anywhere in the hotel zone as far as I've seen and Le Blanc maintains their section very well. Only minor complaint is that the pricing on cabanas is totally outrageous and not at all worth the cost. The two main pools are very quiet and relaxing and it's never hard to get food or drinks at either. Activities: B - another very minor complaint, but this is NOT the place to go to if you're looking for a big party scene. I found the crowd to be pretty diverse here, at least in terms of age, and aside from one or two groups, the scene here is pretty laid back. There really isn't too much going on after about 10PM, the upstairs bar stays open late but we found it to be pretty quiet up there on most of our nights. I would have liked a bit of a livelier situation in the late evening but I pretty much knew this ahead of time and that's why this is an extremely minor quibble and nothing that would stop me from returning. The ONLY real downside of our trip) is we found some of the staff to be a bit aggressive when it came to attempting to sell us a membership, all the way up until we checked out. Perhaps it was because we booked through a member and had black bands or maybe it was because we were staying in one of the nicest rooms or maybe a combination of both, but the staff (and even some of the other guests) were a little pushy on trying to get us to attend a 90 minute meeting (which I've been told uses very aggressive sales tactics) to push membership on us. We don't get a chance to take many vacations and so a membership certainly wouldn't be worth it for us. Truly, you cannot go wrong with Le Blanc unless you are looking for a real party atmosphere.

After being left “high and dry” by our travel agents in Australia, Javier from PVP at LeBlanc jumped in and saved our holiday! In addition to his beautiful smile and daily greetings, he went above and beyond finalising bookings and confirming transfer times for the last leg of our holiday. Being Australian we are unable to speak Spanish, Javier took time out of his day to rectify numerous issues we were otherwise unable to resolve. Javier was not obliged to provide this service as part of his employment but did it anyway and my wife and I will be forever grateful! If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun please spend the extra few bucks and stay at Le-Blanc! While your there look for the guy at the PVP desk with the huge smile, that’s Javier, he will look after you!!
