“Loved Paradisus Cancun!”
My family loved the Paradisus Cancun! We had the Nikte Ocean view, our wonderful Concierge was Lalo. Upon arrival greeted with refreshments and popsicles which the kids loved. “Great stay- loud on lagoon side”
The hotel is beautiful, clean and service is exceptional. Food was fantastic especially Sante and Blue Agave. Since we stayed at the Reserve, check in was quick and it came with concierge service which isn't really my thing, but Im sure many people appreciate it. However I think it would be ... more

“GREAT PEOPLE, beware of CLUB membership. Research the reviews on it.”
Couldn't get the little things right... replenishing water,minibar, snacks or even a pen. Everything shuts down at 11:00. DON'T go to hear about the hotel unless you're looking for a different twist on a time share, BUT ALL STAFF WERE AWESOME PEOPLE.
