Stayed at Iberostar Cozumel for a week and was very impressed with the grounds and the food. For someone who has food allergies, it was good to know that Yexmi takes her job seriously and makes sure that people who have food allergies/sensitivities can safely enjoy the food at the resort. She made sure to highlight the food items in the buffet and in the restaurant that contain coconut, so that I could stay away from them. The entertainment duo of Monserrat and Rocio were absolutely a joy to see and talk to each day. Both took the time to get to know me and my family and would always find the time to chat with us and get us involved in the daily activities. I took several Aquafit classes with Manolo and greatly appreciated his energy and all the different moves that he made us do to work off all the heavy meals and drinks that I had at the resort. At the Cozumel Restaurant, our server Adolpho was amazing! Super attentive to our table and always made sure that we had sparkling water in our glasses and wine glasses that were never empty. We truly appreciated his level of service, as it made our time eating in the Cozumel, very memorable. Thank you Adolpho for the great customer service!

This place is simply fantastic, boasting delightful food and entertainment. With its picturesque setting adorned with flamingos and peacocks, the property offers a truly enchanting experience. The cuisine is delightful, the rooms are both clean and charming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring every detail is meticulously taken care of. There's a lot of activities available, yet guests never feel pressured to join. The level of hospitality surpassed my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The background music enhances the ambiance without overwhelming it, and the atmosphere is refreshingly serene, with no disruptive behavior from fellow guests, unlike some all-inclusive resorts. I'm already looking forward to my next visit; this place has definitely won me over.

First of all I went there with friends and it was the perfect resort Food : 10/10 Even though there is only 3 restaurants a la carte, buffet make it up for the variety. First of all I went there with friends and it was the perfect resort Food : 10/10 Even though there is only 3 restaurants a la carte, buffet make it up for the variety. And you don’t have to reserve the restaurants and the waiting time is usually less than 10 minutes. (Try out the burger shack for lunch!!) Cleanliness: 10/10 lots of staff working around making sure everything is perfect. Fun : 10/10 lots of activity and the animacion group is really nice ! I have only good words for Monserat, Max and Rashid !! You made our week really fun !! Loved your energy Beach : 8/10 just because you can’t access it from the sand. You have to go through the dock but then you get in the water with some of the most beautiful fish in the world !! Would I go back ? Definitely

I spent a week at Iberostar Cozumel and was very happy with the service, food and all-inclusive experience. Dressel Divers is located directly on the property, which makes it convenient for divers to get to all the amazing dive spots in Cozumel. One thing I will say is that there are a lot of guests that are divers, which has its' pros and cons, as it means that when the Port is open and the divers are all out at sea, the resort is nice, quiet and the pools and restaurants are not that busy, but when the Port is closed and diving is not permitted, the resort is quite busy, as most people tend to stay on the property, rather than heading into town or exploring other areas of Cozumel. During my time, the entertainment team of Monserrat and Rocio were very helpful and worked hard to get to know my family and involve us in many of the activities available at the resort, like Mexican Bingo and many of the pool related games and competitions. Both have very friendly and engaging personalities and we enjoyed talking to each of them every day. Throughout the day, you could see them working hard learning the names of each of the guests and making them feel welcomed and included at the resort. I had the opportunity to do both aquatic exercise and sunset yoga several times with Manolo and each time, I was very impressed with his level of energy and knowledge that he has for so many of the physical activities that he runs at the resort, in addition to managing the gym and providing personal training for some of the guests. I would highly recommend doing at least one sunset yoga session with him, as the views are amazing and he truly knows his yoga positions and how to put them in order, so that the entire session flows together. I have to give a shoutout to the maintenance team, as I had an issue with my air conditioning and rather than trying a few things within a short amount of time, the second maintenance person that I had, took the time to carefully check out all parts of the air conditioning unit, to find out what the issue was and then made sure that it worked before leaving. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but if I did, I would definitely include it in this review. One of the members of my family has a strong allergy to coconuts and we were very impressed when Yexmi introduced herself to us and asked us who had the allergy and then told us that she is responsible for ensuring that people with food allergies are taken care of at the resort. She then proceeded to show us which food items contained coconut, so that my family member could avoid these items. I would highly recommend Iberostar resort to my friends and family.
