“Wonderfull”
Everyone was so wonderful from Lucero at front desk at front desk Azalea wonderful concierge, Danielle especially of Security Omar Security. Everyone was wonderful so very sincerely so very sincerely kind. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back. Kudos to the entire staff.

“Good place”
Great location near to the beach and downtown, staff was great an nice, food was fresh, probably they gold offer more seafood and more activities like a pool party, the place is good for families and friends The facilites are clean, Amex is accepted which is great

“Open already”
One of not many hotels in Acapulco open now after the hurricane. Shows every night at the pool at 9.30 pm and other activities during the day. They miss menu with the cocktails. Cocktails could be improved aswell as desserts. Staff is very nice.
