“Grand Park Royal.”
Brayan was great in helping us out and I give him a 5 star for all his efforts. Make sure to order breakfast room service 2.5 hours before you want it. We didn't recieve room service 2 of the 6 mornings we ordered. We had the largest suite and the AC didn't work properly and we were very warm at n… more

“NOT Grand at all.”
One pool under construction with jackhammering all day long. One small pool for everyone. Beach is decent but not enough chairs. Buffet restaurant is small and long lines. Food was very limited selection. Very helpful and friendly staff.
