“Excellent Staff”
Alfredo the pool concierge is excellent in his job, very attentive and a wonderful personality. We’ve been coming here for almost 6 years and we look forward to greeting Alfredo every time and he also remembers us, which is such a nice feeling.

Just got back from one week stay. Overall an excellent resort. Can be challenging some days to get a lounger, but staff does their best to clear out spots that have been left “reserved” with unused towels etc, and to bring together extra chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at Villa Del Palmar for two weeks. The hotel is older but kept in excellent condition. The units are dated but large and clean. The kitchen has everything you could want however, no oven.
