Wonderful staff and views, the best of the best in Puerto Vallarta! From front office staff to our housekeeper Gresy. Kudos to our bar and wait staff Ivan, Pedro, John, Jorge, Eddy and Alex. Without their lavish attention it would be just another day at the beautiful pool.

“We received exceptional service, especially by Valeria and Asiris. Valeria was helpful even prior to our arrival.”
The staff was very accommodating from the front desk, to the concierge, to the poolside servers, and the housekeepers. The resort was clean at all times. We felt very safe.

“Nice view”
Location and the view are always amazing. Great customer service. The only bad thing is that there is never any hot water when we stay.
