“Excellent Staff”
Alfredo the pool concierge is excellent in his job, very attentive and a wonderful personality. We’ve been coming here for almost 6 years and we look forward to greeting Alfredo every time and he also remembers us, which is such a nice feeling.

Just got back from one week stay. Overall an excellent resort. Can be challenging some days to get a lounger, but staff does their best to clear out spots that have been left “reserved” with unused towels etc, and to bring together extra chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
